Bitcoin Forum / Re: How can Bitcoin help our society?
« on: April 08, 2018, 06:47:40 PM »
I think bitcoin can help our society by providing a gateway to many fantastic projects that directly help our society with blockchain technology. Sure, the technology has evolved to increase speed or security, but it is still the foundation behind many philanthropic projects. For example, I saw one project aim to help those in countries who currently don't have a banking system established for them so introducing blockchain technology to that could lead towards bringing hundreds of thousands of people into the economic world, and while that's only one example, I can imagine that out of the few hundred projects released this year alone, I'm sure more people are able to think of ways to help society.

Bitcoin Forum / Re: Is Bitcoin ever going to be shutdown?

Someone would have to own bitcoin for it to be shut down. You can't erase something from the entire world without a major catastrophic event.

Ethereum Forum / Re: Do you think ETH will die ?

I think ETH will continue to do well, especially from switching to PoS!

You earn more tokens from participating in bounties but you need more time to do them compared to an airdrop.

The question was which yields more over the course of a month with consideration of pros/cons to each, not what they both provide at face value.

joined. thanks!

There is a higher possibility of earning some coins when you participate in bounties and follow all the rules but the chances of you getting some coins from airdrop is very limited so concentrate much on the bounties

There is a higher possibility but the reason I'm concerned is because there are situations where some bounties don't pay out so while they offer larger rewards, if they don't pay then the entire time spent on the campaign could be a bust, whereas airdrops are easy to sign up for and don't require the huge amount of time commitment so you move right onto the next when you're done with one, reducing the amount of time spent on the risk.

I'm loving the input, you guys are the best!

Basic questions about this forum / Re: What is SPARTA??

I know it's probably been done before, but I can't help myself.  ::)

Sometimes you get more rewards for ranking higher in bounties. It's still super important to be maintaining your social media accounts regardless of your forum ranking. It's a nice bonus but shouldn't be your end game goal.

56
If you can do both of them it's allright but the best profit you will get from the bounty campaigns.Reserch the project first then apply for the suitable part of bounty.

Currently, I try to do a few airdrops a day, but I'll continue to participate in the daily bounties. Do you have a recommendation for which bounty task is best to focus on?
It seems like it may be more valuable to spend my time focusing on one specific social media outlet(mainly twitter atm), but maybe it's a good idea to branch out a bit.

Just curious, I haven't really been in the community for long enough to recognize whether you get more from spending your time doing as many airdrops as possible each day or focusing more on social media bounties. I understand that it would depend on stake allocation and how the market is doing, but has anyone tried both over the course of a few months to say whether they definitively decided that one was more profitable? I see pros and cons with each method and I'm curious to learn other people's experiences.

I think it's super important to be working on your social media accounts first and foremost if you're trying to join bounties. Then focus on gradually ranking up here to receive more rewards. There is a limitation here whereas most bounties grant more stakes based on your follower count. The added bonus of some bounties giving more stakes to higher ranking people is nice but not necessary to participate. Later, you'll be able to participate in the signature campaigns in addition to the social media ones, but there should be more than enough social media bounties to keep you occupied until that point.
