So far there isn't any increase in crypto adoption thanks to Covid-19 or at least, there isn't any calculation on that. The most major adoption we can see is that the increase of e-commerce and digital payment. Crypto, on the other hand maybe increase its population via trading, since people get stimulus check and bored to death in quarantine. I would love to see crypto prevails but not through trading.

I have already quitted for a few times. But after quitting, I didn't find anything to do in my free time, so I came to bounties again. The main reason for my resigns was the pay didn't deserve my work. Also, it's because there were/are so many scam projects nowadays. Wish that we could experience 2017's vibe again.

BountyDetective is the first bounty group to join Altcoinstalks recently and I think it's a good sign. To attract more quality bounties, I think we need to do 2 things. First, clean up the Altcoinstalks space; make it a tidy, healthy and quality forum. Second, convince bounty groups from Bitcointalk to bring their bounties to Altcoinstalks. This might take a lot of work and effort but those work and effort will be recognized by the community. However, above two things must be done simultaneously to get the best result.

Cryptocurrency discussions / Re: Most Searched Assets Last Week
« on: July 06, 2020, 06:11:05 AM »
assets ? coins you mean, but I'm quite interested in know aobut the first 6 coins, I've never heard about it and was most searched than bitcoin, good to know, I'll take a look into it.
Same here. First 5 assets are totally strange to me, except for Compound. Actually I only know about this coin through a Coinbase's announcement. Aside from these assets, the rest of the list are generally well known. It's interesting to see McAfee's Ghost on the 29th position. Sounds like recent pump in price helps it gather a lot of attention.

It's good news for Chainlink. I've been following this coin for a while and am not surprised by this news. It comes out as a result. Chainlink has a good #DevelopmentTeam , a huge community and state of the art technology. It's been a long time since Ethereum, cryptocurrencies world sees a good altcoin like Chainlink.

Not only Russia, many other countries also can't give a correct classification for cryptocurrencies. As a result, we don't have a common regulation on cryptocurrencies, whether they're assets or currencies. That's a good thing but also a bad thing. Good thing is we can trade coin without any price ceiling or price floor. Bad thing is scammer are everywhere.

Cryptocurrency discussions / Re: Altcoin Benefits
« on: July 04, 2020, 05:31:53 AM »
I think the biggest benefit of altcoins is diversification. Each altcoin was created to serve a or a group of specific purposes and hence completes cryptocurrency ecosystem. But this is also a drawback of altcoins. Many coins were created with the same purposes and many were created without any purpose.

$72,000 is too small in comparision with the amount of money this kind of Ponzi project scams from innocent people. Besides, those scammers should be put into jaiil. It's Ponzi scheme scam projects that tarnish cryptocurrency's image in community's eyes. Governments must have more strict measure to prevent scammers of this kind.

I am waiting for the bull becasue at the bull time ETH will touch the high price but now at this time its price is low and so many peoples whose invest their money in ETH they just wait for the bull and when the price is increased they sell their coins at that time.
This kind of question is so meaningless. If someone knew the answer, he wouldn't tell you and get rich on his own. As a matter of fact, Ethereum's all time high is USD 1500. It will take a lot of time to regain this milestone before thinking of getting higher. I don't say that it's impossible but do you have enough patience to wait for that moment?

Ethereum Forum / Re: Is Forsage Helping Ethereum?
« on: July 03, 2020, 04:12:30 PM »
There are so many real applications of Ethereum already, Forsage is just one of them. I don't think a lessly-known program like Forsage helps much in pushing Ethereum's price. Real usages are the measurement of a project. The more real, qualified usages a project has, the more sucessful and valuable it is and as a result, the higher it's priced.

Cryptocurrency discussions / Re: Your favorite coin
« on: July 02, 2020, 09:05:04 AM »
My favourite coin has been and will always be Bitcoin. Only Bitcoin can bring you the real value and profit. After Bitcoin I also pay attention to Ethereum. Many new altcoins bring new fresh air to the market but so far Ethereum is still the most innovative coin. To me, Bitcoin is the king of all coins and Ethereum is the king of all altcoins. If Bitcoin is gold then Ethereum is silver.

Its a great news that Hong Kong accept the Ghost coin and i hope like the Hong Kong other counties will also accept the crypto coins and like this the crypto is going to be legal in all over the world.
You are being misleaded by the title. Ghost is accepted by ivendPay, a lessly-known payment platform which has some partners in Hongkong. I even doubt if those ivendPay's partners use Ghost as a method of payment.

I am no fond of hype but seriously those who take advantage of this hype probably are now ripping off profits.
It's just one side of the problem. Some people get profit but a lot of other people lost their money for this shit coin. It's really not worth it. Ghost's price increases without any motivation like a HYIP. This kind of news will even boost its price higher. Investors!, be smart to keep your money.

I'm not surprised with this research. It's the fact that Japan, together with South Korea are among the friendliest countries in the world to cryptocurrencies. If there is something to complaint, it's Japan has so few quality project, knowing that the Japanese are one of the most intelligent races in the world. The only unicorn project that I know is Liquid Exchange by Quione but so far its volume hasn't been very high.

Generally I don't believe in gold or any precious metal-based projects, simply because it's very difficult to verify the genuineness of them. Even a famous project like Tether prints tokens without US dollars back up. Anyway, does the article give us a hint that gold-based + China = stay away?
