Ethereum Forum / Re: Stop comparing ETH with BTC!!!!!!!!
« on: November 07, 2018, 09:49:31 AM »
From what you wrote, I think you are comparing BTC and ETH based on the price, people tend to just look at the price and forget all else... Let me remind you about the awesome technology behind Ethereum Blockchain.. Ethereum is the pioneer of Smart Contracts, Ethereum is the Pioneer of Tokens, up till now the bitcoin Blockchain doesn't use smart casual nyract technology and to be honest, the Blockchain is very poor, with transactions that could be hanging for weeks, the only good thing about the bitcoin Blockchain is it's price.

Cryptocurrency Price Speculations / Re: Do you still believe in ETH ?
« on: November 07, 2018, 09:46:19 AM »
This is quite hilarious considering the fact that when you posted this, the coin was even high at $300 and presently it has dropped about 30% of that price. But Ethereum is not just about the price, it's also about the technology and that is what I believe in.

Waves Forum / Re: Popular Waves Wallets
« on: November 07, 2018, 09:44:03 AM »
I prefer the beta waves platform wallet because I could not only store my waves and waves tokens in the wallet, I can also use the decentralised exchange there and trade my waves tokens, a sweet deal if I ever saw one.

Waves Forum / Re: Waves the Fastest Blockchain
« on: November 07, 2018, 09:40:08 AM »
Maybe in 2015, this claim would have been true but in recent times, I have been opportune do to see some really awesome Blockchain that are way faster than the waves platform, if they aim to be the fastest, they have stiff competition and they take no prisoners.

Waves Forum / Re: WAVES prices always go down, why?
« on: November 07, 2018, 09:37:33 AM »
Yea,waves is one good platform that I have always admired but it is such a shame that many people who hold the waves coin do not even care about the underlying technology that is in waves platform, the waves DEX is not being utilised as it should.

Waves Forum / Re: Will Waves grow like Bitcoin and Ethereum...??
« on: November 07, 2018, 09:32:27 AM »
Your thread title and what you actually said are two different things entirely.. so I would be answering the question on your title because that is what made me click the link in the first place.. waves and Ethereum/BTC are vastly different, not just in the launch time-frame and price, but most importantly in the total supply, Waves has a total supply ranging in billions and this means that the price is likely never to exceed $10, if it would ever reach that.

Waves Forum / Re: How good is the waves to token launch?
« on: November 07, 2018, 09:27:49 AM »
This would be hard to say because I don't even know the amount f transactions that the Waves Blockchain can execute per second, I know Ethereum is 15TPS(transactions per second). Ethereum is the best in my opinion, the only thing it lacks is scalability.

Waves Forum / Re: Waves vs EOS
« on: November 07, 2018, 09:22:42 AM »
I am not much of an EOS fan simply because I think it is just overhyped and it is not fully decentralised so it is not even fully a Blockchain platform... But investment wise, waves price is lower and it can easily double with a small bullrun so I would choose waves as a more viable investment.

Waves Forum / Re: Waves prediction for 2018/2019
« on: November 07, 2018, 09:19:14 AM »
I do not predict price because whenever I do, I always seem to predict wrong.. but what I do know from past experience studying the waves price is that whenever there is a slight positive surge in the market, the price of waves tend to rise very high and fast, sometimes it triples in days.

Waves Forum / Re: ETH investment with WAVES?
« on: November 07, 2018, 09:16:22 AM »
I think that investment in waves would be more profitable if it's proving you are searching for, if not for any other reason then the fact that waves is almost 100× cheaper than Ethereum, for you to make x2 profit in Ethereum, the price needs to double would would be very hard but in waves, price double won't be hard because price is low to begin with.

Cryptocurrency discussions / Re: Can we say bounty is an investment?
« on: November 06, 2018, 01:42:39 PM »
There is not way bounty can be called free money unless your time isn't valuable to you, bounty takes about 80% of my waking hours so to be it's a job and a good one at that, there is no way I would call what I do "Free".

Cryptocurrency discussions / Re: Forget the past and move ahead

This might be the best write-up I have seen in this forum today and I have seen a lot of people who quit the hustle because of their past experience and this has hindered them from enjoying the opportunities that are plenty on the crypto world.

You got it on one, in this business, patience is key and the more of it you have, the more you are likely to succeed, rushing into any decision in crypto can be really dangerous and it happened to me severally in the past.

Cryptocurrency discussions / Re: Are Bounty Hunters Important To A Project
« on: November 06, 2018, 01:26:05 PM »
Some projects with alternate sources of publicity might be able to succeed without bounty hunters but I can boldly say that those projects would be less than 80% of successful projects that has succeeded so far. Bounty hunters are very important in the ecosystem.

Cryptocurrency discussions / Re: ICO and Campaign. must both be there?
« on: November 06, 2018, 01:10:16 PM »
I have seen many ICOs that didn't have any sort of bounty campaigns whatsoever and still did quite well.. I have also seen some ICOs that did elaborate bounty campaigns and still flopped, it could swing any way... I have participated in a few ICOs that did just article bounties such as Carry Protocol, Blue Whale and others.
