A new type of medium aimed to aid Political Organizers, Government Relations initiatives, and Political Action Committees (PACs) for a continuous platform for messaging and flock cultivation, is now available. In a time of crisis, while most political organizations hide behind each other and remain actionless, they are leaving their followers without leadership or ideological positioning to guide them through this devastating time. Leaders are meant to rise and bring their solutions to those who need them most instead, nothing but silence from organizations who claim to have the answers.

The world, including PACs, government relations initiatives and political organizers, are now at a standstill with the pandemic health crisis affecting businesses and companies everywhere, creating a limited space and movement for everyone to access usual activities as election day draws near. Right now, with so much riding on what happens next, there is an opportunity to pull American’s out of the gloom and doom of the moment and offer them idea enriched content that acts as a constructive distraction that prepares them for a critically important election. Now more than ever, American’s need fresh information.

Stitch Government has created a turnkey strategy to respond to this need for fresh information that allows political initiatives the ability to reintroduce meaningful communication with their audience and offers a dynamic, modern and innovative initiative strategy that allows an organization the opportunity to lead when leadership is needed most.

General Discussion / Narrow AI. What it is and why you should know it.
« on: April 07, 2020, 01:40:31 PM »
Artificial intelligence is full of confusing terminology. Narrow intelligence, general intelligence, even long short-term memory. In this blog, we look at what Narrow AI is and give some examples. Then we explain Sonasoft NuGene, a Universal Narrow AI that allows any business to benefit from AI.

Over the ages, many people have sought to define exactly what is meant by intelligence. My favorite definition comes from the Oxford English Dictionary:

"Intelligence (noun). The ability to acquire and apply knowledge and skills."

This definition makes it clear that there are two distinct aspects of intelligence. Firstly, intelligence is about learning (acquiring) knowledge and skills. Secondly, it is about applying these to solve a problem.

Machine learning lies at the heart of the AI revolution. It is the technology behind image recognition, virtual assistants, and autonomous vehicles. Yet creating machine learning models is a labor-intensive human-driven activity. Here we look at how unified AI platforms like Sonasoft NuGene are challenging this status quo.

Machine learning is the technology behind almost all artificial intelligence. Even the most advanced deep learning platforms, such as Google DeepMind, have their roots in machine learning. It powers automatic facial recognition, underpins the technologies that go into making virtual assistants work and it is used by banks for credit scoring. Social networks even use it to decide which stories you should be shown in your newsfeed. So, what exactly is machine learning?

We know AI has the potential to transform businesses. But so many companies fail to reap the benefits. Here, we see that a lack of data scientists is often the problem. We show how our unique blend of AI solution provider and data science consulting help.

Artificial intelligence is that rarest of things—a truly disruptive technology. Over the past three centuries, there have only been a handful of technological developments that compare to the potential AI offers. Yet we see so many companies failing to take proper advantage. In this blog, we will look at some of the reasons why this is so and explain why you may be better off turning to an AI solution provider.

Schools in China have been using intelligent uniforms to monitor students’ attendance for a few years now. Students or their parents don’t have a choice as schools require students to wear these uniforms. Software within the uniforms notifies school authorities when a student enters a class or leaves it. Then, the authorities send this information to parents and teachers.

Scientists produced intelligent uniforms as the Communist Party requested to create smart campuses. The Communist Party believes that monitoring students will help to improve their grades.

General Discussion / Here’s how to avoid being spied on in Airbnb
« on: March 09, 2020, 11:26:53 AM »
Renting apartments has never been as simple as it is now. Airbnb makes it an easy job to find and book a living space for your holidays. However, you can be just a few clicks away from turning your weekend runaway into a horror story.

Now Airbnb has strict rules regarding the usage of security cameras and recording devices on host properties. The company makes it clear that hosts must inform their visitors of any presence of recording devices — either on or off. If there are any cameras in the room, you should receive a notification indicating where the host placed them. You should also be informed where the cameras are pointing at. The same rule applies to guests as well — you’re not allowed to monitor the host without their consent.

« on: March 08, 2020, 08:52:16 AM »
It takes about 8.5 minutes for a mobile application to get hacked

In 2019, global research group Aite carried out penetration testing on 30 financial service applications. On average, it took less than 10 minutes to break into their databases. In 2019, there was an increase in several highly sophisticated hacking threats, such as BankBots. During the year 2019 Google Play Protect blocked 1.9 billion malware installs. Yet, in the past decade, most popular applications have been hacked at one point or another. Here’s a list of the most popular breached apps: medium.com/@paul.inaomoore/harmful-apps-93-us-citizens-use-them-daily-fcc91d61b564

Amazon is known for its shady snooping on private recordings. Recent studies suggest that smart home devices can activate up to 19 times per day by accident. Amazon says this helps improve data accuracy, but sometimes the random voice recordings stretch up to 43 seconds. This allows strangers to listen to those recordings and share information with third-party authorities, like marketing agencies or the police.

Smart Home devices are gateways for collecting information. Echo records your daily habits, like messaging, searching, or listening to music. However, it also brings the worst aspects of smartphones and smart home devices. All of it because Echo isn’t personal, but integrated into the whole home environment.

The University of Missouri released a new policy that allows tracking students’ locations to keep an eye on their attendance. From now on, all new students must install a location-tracking app on their phones. Will this new system bring positive change and improve students’ participation? Or, considering it’s an age where concerns for privacy are at an all-time high, should this system be seen as invasive?

Crypto Market Sentiment Keeps Tumbling

After reaching the highest score of 6.23 two weeks ago, the combined moving average 7-day market sentiment for the top 10 coins by market capitalization is still dropping, falling from 5.63 last week to 4.84/10 this week, according to Omenics, a crypto market sentiment analysis service.

Once again, the drop in market sentiment is visible across the board - most cryptocurrencies have gone down by double digits percentage-wise. Compared to the last week, there are no more coins in the positive zone, as all of them fell back into the neutral zone. But not all things are bad - none of the top coins have reached the negative zone yet, so the overall sentiment is neutral.
