There are advantages and disadvantages for both sides. Crypto is trustless and P2P transaction makes it more convenient for users. But the problem is it makes it more difficult to investigate and impose law and order on criminal activity. If someone steals money from your credit card it is easy to track him down but for crypto, it is not that easy especially if it is a privacy coin.

I think you already got your answer from the previous comments so I do not want to repeat the same words. Be careful to use a centralized exchange because your data could be exposed. It will be better to use a decentralized one but I do not know if it is possible to use a credit card to buy crypto from a decentralized wallet or not.

I think Putin has already expected this before starting this war. He must have a plan for how to deal with this. Their economy was already weak because of sanctions from the west so I do not know how worse this could be for them. They could force the west to accept their terms and conditions because of west demands for Russian gas.

I have been wondering why there seem to be too many negative news/speculations analysis, predictions about the crypto market, and I also come the idea that many of these negative news/speculation, analysis, predictions could be a market strategy.
For example, some people will go to social media and news platforms to claims that Bitcoin will crash to $30, then to 20k before moving to $50k level. I think it has become a strategy to take a buy position when many people sell off their coins out of fear. This sound like a joke, but what are thoughts?

The strategy should be when others sell you buy but that doesn't mean this could do because people expect something. Most of the time we have seen how the market reacts against people's sentiments. Many say this year BTC will cross 100k but that didn't happen. Whales play on their own rules. The old care about money and they don't care about people's sentiments.

This war is more like a financial gain for Russia. The ruble is now strong than ever and they are forcing the west to pay them in rubles for their fuel. There is no way the west can deny this because they have no other alternative to Russia regarding this matter. Without the fuel, their factories won't run which will cripple the economy of the west.

Cryptocurrency discussions / Re: India legalizes crypto

This 30% tax is more like a torcher for the investors. Govt wants to impose a 30% tax on the gain but what will happen when they will take a loss? Govt doesn't want to help people financially but they want to eat the honey from them. A very bad practice from the govt and this will further demotivate them to invest in crypto.

I am sure that 2022 is the year where many good developments with Metaverse happened. Right now, NFT is being bundled with gaming and they are surely coming into the Metaverse. In the coming years, this will further expand a lot and can be involving many other industries because the Metaverse is going to be a big melting pot for all to experience.

Recently the launch of the coinbase NFT platform also shows that the hype about NFT still exists. NFT not only is collectible items but they can be used with various utilities. But what is this Mozverse actually up to? It's another copycat project or there is something that they are doing that is quite unique from the rest of the world.

Ethereum Forum / Re: ETH to hold now or not?
« on: April 20, 2022, 06:31:03 PM »
It depends on your investment strategy. If you are thinking about more than 4 years then hold. Because every 4 years there runs a bull cycle in every BTC halving. The Crypto market shows massive growth by that time and every project grows massively with BTC. ETH also follows BTC so from a long-term perspective hold your eth.

Look for web3 project. You can also pick cross chain project that has good partners. Some project from this category is doing very good in terms of developments. But this is not the only things to watch because its possible that we will have a trend going on for web3 and cross chain dex platform. Watch for bico, kilt and ocean.

Cryptocurrency Trading / Re: Transaction fee
« on: April 20, 2022, 04:47:52 PM »
Hi, i am having problem with not enough having dollars in MEW for transaction on exchanges for coins. Please write what to do?

If it is the eth wallet you are using then deposit some eth for transaction fees. Every blockchain approves transactions through miners and they got these fees as rewards. This is how crypto blockchain network. There is some variety of it must most basic fundamentals are the same. Google it to learn more details about it.

Bitcoin Forum / Re: Why Bitcoin is so popular?
« on: April 20, 2022, 04:45:11 PM »
So you are here to promote an exchange site? I know about that platform that you are talking about but directly mentioning it is not a good practice.

Bitcoin is popular because of its technology. Blockchain technology makes our life easier and crypto is the place where it has been implemented successfully. You can ask yourself why you are here in the first place. How do you know about bitcoin? Find it your answer is there.

HOLDING buy crypto and hold for long time to get a large benefit.
STAKING buy crypto and stake to get offers a double earning potential for staking their digital assets.
TRADING buy crypto and trade in different exchanger for getting more profit within short time.
EMPLOYING by employing in a crypto related organization you can make money.

In my opinion, it's as an employee. Why I would risk my assets if I have a system from which I can earn money without taking any risks. This makes sense because, in the end, all those actions expected final output is to earn money. Holding, trading, staking could give you more money but they will be the reason for your stress too.

Cryptocurrency discussions / Re: Paper Money vs. Digital Currency
« on: April 20, 2022, 03:18:28 PM »
It's up to you which assets you feel comfortable carrying around. Some people still think paper money is more legit than digital currency because it has a physical form and we can touch it. People may have different opinions due to different levels of knowledge about the monetary system. But one day they will be forced to accept digital money because of the unavailability of paper cash.

ETH was always one of the best choices of crypto platforms. There is a reason why ETH is still holding its 2nd place and it seems it's even getting stronger. Also migrating from POW to POS was a good choice and the reduction of circulating supply increased eth price to new higher limits. I am very bullish on eth in the long run.

Top universities have added crypto to the curriculum

Would appreciate your opinion about this

Even a Chinese university launched a metaverse research lab for their students when crypto is legally banned. It's good to see crypto and blockchain technology got world attention and they are actually working to explore and extract utility from these sectors. Crypto is not only a financial asset it is an educational subject too.
