Can artificial honey replace natural honey and impact the APIZ project? 
 
Although artificial honey reproduces the taste of natural honey, it cannot replicate the composition of vitamins, minerals, and phytochemicals. As a result, natural honey remains unmatched in its unique properties and nutritional value.

According to recent research, there is still a trend towards natural products in the world. Therefore, the APIZ project is evolving steadily with no fear that natural honey and beekeeping  would become irrelevant.

After conducting three weeks of testing on Telemetry 2.0, we are delighted to share that the initial results are highly promising. The system's reliability has witnessed a substantial improvement when compared to the telemetry previous version. All functionalities are operating smoothly without any equipment failures during this timeframe, and the data transmission to the server is functioning accurately.

The detailed evaluation of the equipment will be implemented once the current season is over. We will continue to provide updates as soon as new information becomes available.

The APIZ project is steadily evolving, and this year we are planning to expand the territory of the apiary by 2,000 hectares.
To ensure the efficiency of our bee colonies, we have implemented analytics to measure the productivity of three bee species. In addition, we are conducting research on over 10 melliferous plants with the highest yield per hectare.
Furthermore, we are actively exploring ways to improve our beekeeping efficiency by 300% per year. It involves evaluating a variety of strategies and different approaches.

Nowadays we are witnessing a significant shift in human development, driven by technological advancements and globalization. At first sight it looks like there is nothing common between AI and honey. However, this is not the case.
In fact, honey and AI share an important trait: they both have the potential to benefit society in significant ways.

Honey has been used for centuries as a natural remedy for a variety of ailments, but AI, on the other hand, being integrated into beekeeping could improve honey production and increase yields significantly. This way, machine learning algorithms can be used to optimize beekeeping practices, and computer vision can be used to assess the quality of honey samples.

The APIZ project embraces the latest technologies and integrates smart solutions to achieve the goals of our Road Map.

As previously reported, our engineers continued to test the telemetry system in the laboratory while the bees were in the low-activity winter phase. The APIZ team worked intensively based on past experience and initial testing results.

Our experience has led us to believe that hive transportation needs to be optimized since it takes too much time, and we are always concerned about hive safety. Thanks to an innovative approach and automation of transportation, we have sped up the process, and at the same time, the bees are minimally disturbed.
Currently, we are investigating a future realization of drone technology that will allow the rapid transportation of hives weighing up to 200 kg. Stay tuned to be updated on the progress!
