The money that I won from gambling is that I used it to party harder like there is no tomorrow. I've just realized that if you win it easily you will also spend it easily, as you do not have doubts about spending it because you think that it is just money out of luck from your gambling. Also I use it to go out and eat in restaurants, thats mostly what I spend on my winnings but that is rare because mostly I lose and I just gamble for fun and if sometimes I win, I will rebet it again and lose.

Then this forum won't be born. On seriousness, all of us will be concentrated on Bitcoin, and the price will be more volatile. I could see that it is pretty boring, as we cannot see exchanges right now that big as Binance as we are only using our local wallets. Also, this won't happen because there will always be competition, and wherever you are, people will try to imitate it and try to make their own coin and make profit on it.

Currently the price is below $44k and there are a few days left until December 25th. I would say that it has a chance but I wouldn't expect it to touch $50k but it may reach near it because in previous holidays the price of Bitcoin increased but it was not that high, only a slight increase and mostly there will be resistance breaking $50k so it will take days or weeks to break it if it does. But I would say that after halving next year this would be more than $50,000.

Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling not fun for everyone!
« on: December 21, 2023, 08:43:55 AM »
Anyone can have fun with gambling, and even without money, you can still have fun with it. You are only thinking about those rich people because they can win big because they bet big too, but for us like normal people, we can't win big unless we get lucky enough. But it is still not all about the money you are betting, it is also about you are treasuring that moment. Have you ever remembered your first gambling experience and tasted the gambler's luck? Is it fun right, even if you just win small? That is the essence of fun.

Just remember this phrase: "If you didn't own the seed phrase or did not know it, then it would belong to someone else." As long as you haven't gotten a copy of it, Bitcoin could possibly be taken away from the person who owns it, so it is better to hold it in your own physical wallet and not on exchange. You might hear that a couple of exchanges this year were closed and hacked and people were unable to get their money so if you don't want to end up like them then you should store it on your own.

Bitcoin Forum / Re: Is Bitcoin Too Expensive For Me?
« on: December 19, 2023, 05:35:42 AM »
You are thinking about purchasing a whole bitcoin and not a few bits on it. That doesn't mean that you really need to purchase a whole bitcoin, it is okay to buy a few sats on it and it depends on your budget. But before all of that, don't rush things, learn it first before risking your money as I can see that you are just thinking of profit and I don't see a sign about if the price drops and how you would react. It is better to know the risks before jumping into Bitcoin water.

If I am not mistaken you are pointing out to the government that they are not taking action on food and other necessities prices are going up, and they aren't helping us. Also I'm not really sure what place you are referring to but I will just generalize it because mostly we have a common perspective in government, with which I agree and disagree because the government is doing their stuff but we can't see it but at the same time we need to take care of ourselves and not rely on them as we get starved. Instead of wasting our time mocking the government, let's find another opportunity to earn money rather than just keep monitoring the government's next move.

Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling: for fun or to earn money?
« on: December 18, 2023, 06:25:56 AM »
The faster you earn the money, the faster you will lose it. In gambling, you can win a lot of money in a short period of time if you get lucky, but mostly you will lose more than you win unless you are very lucky. You are also not having fun if you are losing, so I would say that it's both, but not to the point that I will rely on it to put food on our table as it is not stable, so I will just treat it for entertainment but also to win big.

Cryptocurrency Trading / Re: Investing or Speculating?
« on: December 17, 2023, 03:01:35 PM »
Saving... Investing... Speculating... what's the difference?
Does it matter anyway?
And if it does, how would you describe your activity with cryptocurrencies?

If you are speculating, aren't you doing something? I mean, unlike investing and saving, you'll spend money so that you will have a return profit unless you are just speculating and not doing something. All three are related because, without speculation, we won't be curious about investing in an altcoin that we want or saving money so that we can invest. It is the spark within us to do something, so I would say I don't prefer only one, as I do want those three choices.

Suggestion Box / Dark Mode Theme

Please add or allow users to choose between light and dark mode when browsing in this forum. I always choose dark mode whenever it's possible since bright colored websites often strain my eyes if I've been looking at it for long hours.
