Oh men! 250k is untouchable by that year. Bitcoin price now is 8k to 10 k and we are in 2018. Let say we will multiply 30k x4 equals 120k only at 2022 so it is too far from 250k.

Yes it is good time to buy bitcoin now. While it didn't reach 15k still it is good to buy as long as you have huge money with you. Buy not just 2 btc but make it above. Just an opinion. Still your decision will be followed.

The fact that bitcoin price did not goes like that the continues rising is like chasing the wind. I known it is possible but if we base the price in what bitcoin price tendency we will found out that it will increase then decrease. Well, still hoping for that prediction.
