Big investors are the most beneficiary of pump price profit. If the simple holders will ride on the flow they can get something profit but if did not no profit but still waiting for the next good chance. Is there any group of pump and dump and are they allowed to do manipulation of price? I think it is not fair enough to everyone.

Karma point is a consequence of what you did whether it is good or bad. In real world if you do good things to others good karma will follows. If you did wrong bad karma will come. Good karma is positive side while bad karma is like a curse. Everyone does not like it. In altcoinstalks forum I think the principle is the same the difference is converted to post. So post matter in this forum.

One price of a coin can have an equivalent to house or car depends on house and car price.

In my case, I always read ideas on our local threads , it helps me a lot where I can get answers of my questions from my own language ,
Gain knowledge from others,
then try share some of your ideas in the discussions , the more post you share would help you raise your rank , and also it helps you gain some points,
Negative karma -( -1000 ) you'll get it if you don't follow the rules given
Positive karma ( + 1000 ) you'll have it if you share a valuable thoughts ( but it's not that easy though 😂 )
Then the referral from your profile , you can share it, just copy the link then post it or share it to others . ( teach them step by step how to apply 😬 then put your referral link in their application form ) I don't know if 1 referral is equivalent to a points? 😂

Best you sort yourself out a hard wallet. Trezor and nano are two of the established, reputable names on the market. Then you can link it up to myetherwallet as mentioned above. That way you'll keep your coins safe.

Don't bother yourself about your personal privacy. It wouldn't be know by the members admin if you just join without providing your personal information. It is safe unless someone use your phone and use your telegram too it could be a problem if the person who use is not trust worthy.

If you are referring to altcoinstalks token you can ear it for posting. The more active and posting the member the more token of points will be added but there are consequences such things beyond terms and regulations to avoid not getting negative karma. Negative karma will decrease or possible 0 points.
If you are referring to altcoins then you should join in bounties to collect coins in due time.
