He will only try and see how he can build the team with his own strategy and present them with his own football pattern. Chelsea might not be able to stop changing coaches until they see the right coach that can fix the club.Chelsea was fortunate to finish 6th after an awful team performance during the league season until close to the end of the league were everything changed but still yet their chances of qualifying for the Europa League next season is depending on Man City defeating Man United at the FA Cup final this Saturday.I was quite shocked by the news of Pochettino's dismissal after successfully bringing Chelsea to finish in 6th place in the Premier League standings. I now have no idea what Todd Boehly is thinking.
Though it's quite shocking Chelsea finally parted ways with Poch after there are noe becoming a notably improvement in the Chelsea team Though we the fans wanted this earlier but surprisingly it came now when we are becoming to accept him back
I may be a little behind on this news. But I found out after reading the news that Pochettino left Chelsea by mutual agreement. from this news. https://www.goal.com/id/daftar/kaget-tiba-tiba-mauricio-pochettino-dipecat-chelsea-cole-palmer-terima-kasih-banyak-bos/blt545452cd9daaaa85#cs12d4b427ffa2045b
even though Blues fans have started to see progress in the Chelsea squad at the end of this season. So the hope of getting better next season is very close. But after this news, Chelsea's fate will be questioned again for next season. Because Chelsea will return to a transition period with their new coach later.
I see the regular transitions and change of managers as a way that can disrupt players and probably affect their performance. Chelsea are very well known for changing managers both during the Abramovich's era, and now the Boehly's era. Changing up to 3-4 mangers in a space of two football seasons is quite funny. With the current amount Chelsea has spent on this new squad, the fans shouldn't expect much from the players as there is a process that needs to be built through the chemistry among the players.
The incoming manager won't continue from where Pochettino stopped, but rather start his own project afresh. Looking forward to seeing what they have to offer next season.
