I think my rough estimate is around $400-$500 already, but it takes me years to get that amount of losses. I don't gamble much, and if I do, I only use a small amount of my money. I know the risks of gambling that's why I don't want to spend too much on it, and the good thing for me is that whenever I lose all of my money, I know when to stop immediately instead of getting that losses thru using money again.
Gambling is all about luck, and self-control. That's how I see gambling. If you're lucky and you know when to stop if needed, you will be going out with a huge amount of money, and vice-versa.
400 to 500 in losses lifetime and you quit. You are 200x smarter than me.
I ESTIMATE 100k from the age of 4 to 33 which is when I quit.
ALSO that was July of 1990 when I quit so 100k was solid money in 1990
