Bitcoin Breaks $40K Barrier — Highest Value in Nearly Two Years

On Sunday, December 3, 2023, bitcoin’s value surged past the $40K mark, peaking at $40,846 at 8:45 p.m. Eastern Time. Over the past week, bitcoin has witnessed an 8.4% increase and a 3% rise in the past 24 hours, achieving a peak that the cryptocurrency hadn’t seen in 20 months. See more for yourself here.

Your opinion is greatly appreciated.
Even with my busy schedule, I have always found interest in checking its price before going to bed. It was $44K some days back, and honestly, I was surprised. But sadly, I guess it went back to $41K when I checked last night. I suppose this incredible rise and fall are based on the anticipation for next year's bull market, am I right?

El Salvador Introduces Exclusive Citizenship Through $1 Million Crypto Investment

El Salvador has unveiled a new citizenship investment program, the “Freedom Visa,” open to a limited number of applicants. By investing $1 million in bitcoin or tether, participants can secure Salvadoran citizenship. See more for yourself here.

Your opinion is greatly appreciated.
El Salvador isn't taking a break from Bitcoin and other forms of cryptocurrency anytime soon. This is quite a smart move, introducing protocols that aren't mandatory but very attractive. They might just end up being a major beneficiary of cryptocurrency as a country. A thumbs up to them."

Litecoin Forum / Re: I like litecoin!
« on: December 12, 2023, 12:47:23 AM »
Whenever I buy crypto with my credit card, I usually buy litecoin from coinbase, which I will then send to an exchange like Binance or Crypto.com.
The low gas fee kind of attracts me.
Which is why I like litecoin!
The gas fee is kind of friendly, but I think the transaction speed is something to talk about. Amazingly, LTC happened to be the first coin I got my hands on by performing a few tasks, though that was 2-3 years ago. An amazing project, I must say.

I ones had Xrp coin at the price range of 0.4$ during the dip market. But I sold it in lesser profit cause of fear of Accumulating big losses. But with the potential Xrp showing now in this bullish momentum would it be safe to hold Xrp. Because right I'm really feeling FOMO.
Considering its affordable price condition in the market, I think holding for the next few years would be fantastic. The project felt real after the previous case was won. It's all your decision to make, but as for me, I think I would be holding the few I've got.

Bitcoin Forum / Is Bitcoin Too Expensive For Me?
« on: December 11, 2023, 10:00:55 PM »
Greetings to everyone.

As the crypto market continues to grow, we often observe its impact on all the tokens currently in operation. Due to the promotion and trend of these digital currencies, non-enthusiasts have begun to show interest, making purchases to profit for themselves or for other reasons that matter to them.

As a non-crypto enthusiast hearing about Bitcoin and others for the first time, I chose to get involved by making a few purchases, knowing fully well that the price of Bitcoin is high and my funds won't go a long way in terms of price difference.

Is it advisable to buy Bitcoin with the little amount I have, or should I rather go for altcoins that my funds can meet up with?.

Basic questions about this forum / Re: "SPECIAL POSITIONS & RANKS"
« on: December 11, 2023, 06:24:28 PM »

IMMORTALS: They're the group of people that does not suffer any consequences from NEGATIVE KARMA or from being inactive in this forum.
>This group is a paid subscription, you pay in $ a day, a week, a month or a year subscription.

I find this guide very helpful, but I have a question based on a little confusion. You stated that the immortals are basically a group of people. Is it actually a group that restricts others from joining, or can anybody become an immortal just by performing the neccesary subscriptions?

The crypto and web 3.0 space host various projects aimed at enhancing different aspects of the internet's performance. Among these, Bitcoin stands out as the most discussed, primarily due to its price value and other factors acknowledged over time.

However, as an individual, I believe Ethereum deserves more recognition. Despite the considerable gas fees associated with its token transactions, Ethereum's blockchain stands out as one of the best, if not the best.

Here's why: In today's crypto market, numerous projects are predominantly built on the Ethereum Blockchain. This blockchain not only carved a niche for itself but also paved the way for others, evident in the proliferation of smart contracts and more.

While I don't claim expertise in these matters, I perceive the Ethereum Blockchain/Project as a monumental force, deserving a thumbs up.

These are clearly my opinions, Yours is sincerely appreciated.

Bitcoin Forum / Re: Holding Bitcoin for long-term is risky?
« on: December 11, 2023, 02:25:23 AM »
I think Holding Bitcoin for a long time is not risky, but there might be less profit if i don't do trade.. So, to make a good profit from BTC we must do the short-term trade as well.

What do you think?
You've literally said it all. However, from the perspective where the buyer has multiple other sources of income and lacks time for trading activities, buying to hold shouldn't be a bad idea. Moreover, the price of Bitcoin started from a very low point to its current value.

Bitcoin Forum / Re: Bitcoin Halving is coming
« on: December 11, 2023, 02:20:15 AM »
Will Bitcoin reach $100k after the halving, considering the historical trend where the price of BTC increased by 50-60% after past halvings? What's your opinion on the halving? Are you excited for it?
Almost everyone in the crypto space today can easily make predictions that sometimes work and sometimes don't. The volatility and human manipulation can provide a significant advantage in this era where everyone has high expectations for an outrageous price. I strongly advise that we shouldn't expect too much but stick with the anticipation that this halving would be better than the previous. In conclusion, $100K might be too high for my own expectations, but let's see what April has for us.
