« on: August 26, 2018, 08:20:44 PM »
Most Airdrops are scam, you may earn in airdrops but not all some tokens you earn will be a display in your wallet and there's nothing you can do unless you deposit money as your withdrawal mmfor the token you earn.

Cryptocurrency discussions / Scrypt Miner
« on: July 10, 2018, 05:03:36 PM »
SCRYPT MINER

Crypto mining advances to greater heights. More and more users begin to discover its perks. As more altcoins are introduced, it becomes a more viable way of earning profits. Today, manufacturers produce equipment that makes the whole mining process faster and easier, called scrypt miner. These tools reduce power and improve mining efficiency. It is one of the many innovations that makes the process more attractive and rewarding.

One of the biggest differences between a scrypt miner and the SHA-256 is that scrypt relies on computing resources other than the processing unit itself. On the other hand, the latter does not. This makes it hard for scrypt-based systems to scale up and consume computing power because they would have to employ a relative amount of memory, which is costly.

The role of a SCRYPT MINER

The scrypt miner was first introduced with the emergence of Litecoin. Some of the benefits that draw the attention of a miner includes lower block times and ASIC resistance. It was implemented to prevent litecoins from being mined using GPU’s. However, it failed to prevent GPU miners from entering the network. Scrypt was initially made to serve as a backup service. It prevents attacks from happening.

BENEFITS OF A SCRYPT MINER

Meanwhile, miners commend it because it is GPU-friendly. A large portion of scrypt miners involves GPU miners as well. While it takes up more memory than its counterparts, the fact that it uses less energy makes it more attractive. With less electricity consumption, miners can get the most out of their earnings.

A scrypt miner also lessens the advantage of ASIC Bitcoin miners. It keeps the field level. It means that more miners have the chance to join the network. Anyone can contribute and make the most of their efforts.

Basic questions about this forum / Re: Karma
« on: July 10, 2018, 04:47:42 PM »
I don't know what happened but i gained 2 negative karma and my 1 refferal was gone. I just checked my account and saw the negative karmas. I am not active lately so maybe that triggers it. I don't know.
I think you violate some rules that results in negative karma as it is right now. Try to remember/recall what you did before you have negative karma in your account and you would know why you have negative karma.

Philippines (Tagalog) / Re: Copy paste
« on: July 10, 2018, 04:28:58 PM »

« on: July 04, 2018, 05:47:20 PM »

Try this site - https://bity.com/, this site is affiliated to myetherwallet. You can buy/sell bitcoins/ethers but don't know what currency they accept. If you don't trust bity.com you should Investigate bity.com first.

Basic questions about this forum / Re: Karma
« on: July 04, 2018, 04:52:39 PM »
Karma is given by Sr. Members and above as an appreciation for the valuable contribution that you have made. Its normally a Thank / Punish button. If they feel like thanking you for your post, you get +Karma. If they punish you for violating forum rules /spamming, you get - Karma.
If you got more - Karma, you'll not be allowed to withdraw the tokens or participate in airdrops/Bounties. A recent announcement made by the admin shows that you can even exchange your Karma for ALTs.
I see, thank you for sharing the information of karma.  Pressing thanks will get +karma and punish for -karma right?.
