Bitcoin Forum / Re: Bitcoin hardware wallet
« on: December 26, 2023, 01:38:05 PM »
Ledger is a good hardware wallet.  But if you are looking for another open source hardware wallet and want to switch there then you can choose Trezor as we know it as a good hardware wallet. Charles-Tim has already linked a list here that lists several open source wallets. You can choose your preferred wallet from there but as per my personal advice I think it would be better to use Trezor. I have nothing more to say than that.

Bitcoin Forum / Re: wanna invest in Bitcoin, the best time is now
« on: December 26, 2023, 01:29:42 PM »
I remember the ATH that bitcoin reached was $69k. The possibility of bitcoin hitting $100k or hitting a new ATH in 2023 is very unlikely, usually bitcoin will only hit a new ATH after each halving event, so predicting bitcoin reaching ATH in 2024-2025 will be much more feasible than predicting next year. It's all speculation and no one knows exactly when it might happen but I can only say for sure it will happen in the future. But buying bitcoin now is absolutely the right thing to do, bitcoin price is already a lot cheaper than its peak, the perfect time to buy bitcoin is now.

Solana Forum / Re: Is Solana coin a good investment?
« on: December 23, 2023, 01:18:13 PM »
SOL is one of the fastest blockchains in the industry right now but its previous bad record of the blockchain shutting down for several hours and its connection with FTX and Alameda research give it a bad reputation. The current rally of SOL is really charming but I am not sure how long it will last because it looks manipulative, and some airdrop farmers have pushed the price little bit higher due to farming the potential airdrop project in the SOL ecosystem. Recently it suppressed the total amount of transactions in ETH but most of the project that outperformed in some sectors of ETH eventually lost ground to ETH along the way.

Choosing the right cryptocurrency to invest in can be a challenging task, as there are thousands of cryptocurrencies available, each with its own unique features, risks, and potential rewards. Here are some key factors to consider when evaluating cryptocurrencies:

1. Purpose and Use Case
2. Market Capitalization
3. Liquidity
4. #DevelopmentTeam
5. Security
6. Adoption

Remember, cryptocurrency investments are speculative and carry significant risks, so it's important to thoroughly research and evaluate your options before making any investment decisions. Additionally, diversifying your portfolio and only investing what you can afford to lose can help manage your risk.

I don't have the best advice for some of the top altcoins for you, as investing in cryptocurrencies carries risks and market conditions can change quickly due to many factors. And it's important that you do your own research thoroughly and consider the advice of professionals or people here before making a decision to invest. And if I had to tell you, I would only recommend Bitcoin and Ethereum which allow you to make huge profits, especially in the long run. And it's all up to you, and don't just rely on other people's advice because the most important thing is that the results of your own research will be the best decision without blaming other people if it doesn't meet your expectations.

It’s amazing how people can easily predict an astronomical price in a short period of time despite the current price is far higher than the predicted price. 100K price target is more feasible but anything above 7 digit prediction is insane because we didn’t even touch the 6 digit area for 13 years of existence of Bitcoin while he is predicting it for just a mere 3 years from now.

Ethereum Forum / Re: Reason why you hold Ethereum
« on: December 21, 2023, 02:00:31 PM »
Ethereum is a “next-generation” blockchain. If Bitcoin was Blockchain 1.0, then Ethereum can be considered to be Blockchain 2.0. While Bitcoin was a great innovation and brought to life the first cryptocurrency, the functionality it allows is relatively limited and so are the applications and business-logic that you can build on top of it.

Ethereum, on the other hand, allows you to write any business-logic on top of it - smart contracts.

Bitcoin Forum / Re: Bitcoin Halving is coming
« on: December 21, 2023, 01:39:49 PM »
It'll be my first halving and bull run experience too and I'm excited as you are to have the experience, so far Bitcoin price is looking good and I'm hopeful that it'll keep getting better till bull run. Between now and Bitcoin halving, I'm expecting price to keep increasing, because it is obvious that when Bitcoin cuts in half during halving, price will increase and that is an assurance of continued price pump. So as long as I still have the capability I'll keep accumulating and holding Bitcoin nonstop, because I'm certain of a massive ROI.
