Partial payments are the key here because utility companies won't take crypto as a form of payment. Fiat will pay the bills but crypto will help to make you rich

Articles about Cryptocurrency / Re: Stablecoins: Money of the Future
« on: December 07, 2018, 08:50:52 AM »
It is possible that stable coins will be more widely accepted by merchants because they don't want a coin that loses half it's value in just one week. But payment terminals dont accept them yet

Ethereum might not hold that crown for long, ico's will soon have a choice and will move towards neo and cardano instead. Ethereum 2.0 had better be a game changer or they are done for

Always good to read about major developments in the east. Hong kong is an attractive place for crypto companies to develop, hopefully this billionaire will make it number 1 in asia

It makes more sense as ddos attacks are a pointless exercise, whereas crypto mining will generate revenue. Also less destructive for end users than crypto locker viruses

Coinbase is a trusted company so doing otc trades will attract whale investors. This would be my preferred choice if i could buy 100 bitcoins, assuming their fees are reasonable

Nigeria and south africa do not have a good reputation for offering honest projects. I'm surprised about austria though, maybe it's due to austrian vpns

Sounds good if it will kickstart a new blockchain revolution, although it could spell trouble for smaller ico projects who will not be able to get certified

NEO Forum / Re: Neo vs Tron
« on: November 26, 2018, 05:35:23 PM »
Tron appear to have more potential but NEO is well established and already has ICOs on it's platform. I would go 50 50 on these two as they are both good

Amazing that this is still happening India just months before they decide whether or not crypto trading will be permitted in india or simply banned outright.

Only $50m? The telegram ico alone was worth over a billion dollars. Looks like the days of scammy icos are going to end for anyone in America, i guess it is good for them to avoid losing money

72
This is the problem with volatile markets, there are people employed in these companies whose livelihood relies on steady income. Crypto should be a part time job that supplements a main job

When institutions jump in they not only provide whale sums of cash but also add a sense of credibility that might entice regular people to join in as well

74
It's a good step forwards so that simpletons can also buy bitcoins as an investment or gift for someone else. They might have trouble with wallet creation but it's still good news

I don't know why any company is setting up a mining farm in the US, the electricity costs are high and regulation is fairly tight. Better options are available in energy rich countries
