The whole cryptocurrency had struggling and even those newly ended ICO had not get to listed on exchanges to prevent their ICO price not to fall due to market situation. This is a good time to buy those good quality coins while the price is still lower.

I also switched xrp because I saw the opportunity to get a bigger profit in xrp was bigger than in ethereum.
I invested all of my money in xrp. I think for ethereum it was growing that the smaller ico enthusiasts were decreasing due to scams and other things.

Yeah that's a good observation as XRP can pump and get you a good profits. Although this will depends on the market as ETH can also make a run once those ICO will attract more buyers. It's a 50/50 I think.

All of us are hoping for a market recovery very soon but I think with the current market situation this will takes time before it returns to the peak. Let's just extend more patience and bear with the flow as this will recovers at the right time.

Investors should control the market but due to some people that will take advantage of this weak regulations they will hoard the coins and dumps to manipulate the market. Weak investors will get panic and sell their coins at losing price which give the opportunity to the whales to buy at low. As long as this technology has no regulations we can still see more manipulations in the crypto market.

maybe ethereum will be stable when there is no platform that accepts payments using ethereum

Ethereum needs their platform to mass adoption and with the increase of ICOs that uses ethereum platform this can attract more buyers to ETH which will increase the transaction and the volatility price of ETH. We can't expect ETH to be stable as this is prone to price manipulations.

Although the whole market is red, I'm very much afraid of holding ETH now. In my opinion, ETH was fluctuated to its ATH when people were more interested investing in ICO. Nowadays ICO is almost dead. That is why it has less demand. I don't think it will get another ATH soon.
What's your thoughts on it? Should I hold now?

I still believe in ethereum that this can bounce back after those surprising dumps as this has a huge community that will still support this currency. We just need to have patient to wait for the right time. I'm still holding my ethereum as I know that soon this will rise again.

I think you need to add on your list "how to control your emotions" during trading as we know that our decisions will be affected with our emotions. Trading is just like guessing that the price will go on your way and get you profits.
