Bitcoin Forum / Re: Why bitcoin is the safest crypto?
« on: August 01, 2018, 11:12:40 PM »
What do you think bitcoin is the safest cryptocurrency? If the question to this answer is based on the fact that it has received greater adoption than the rest then that may be true. But if the answer is due to how secure the blockchain technology then I believe you are not aware of the vulnerability of the proof of work system used in bitcoin.

Ethereum Forum / Re: What is ethereum waiting for?
« on: July 30, 2018, 03:10:28 PM »
From what happened last year, bitcoin started its bull run at the beginning of October and Ethereum followed suit in November. So bitcoin always take the lead for sometime and then the altcoins follow.

Bitcoin Forum / Re: Reason for the high price of Bitcoin
« on: July 30, 2018, 12:22:01 AM »
I totally agree with your point on this. Yet I also believe the whales manipulate the market for the price of bitcoin to increase. That is why it follows the pattern of rising and falling.

Any tangible or intangible possession that is owned by someone is a property. Therefore bitcoin is a property and gold is also a property. I guess you would want to reframe your question.

Bitcoin Gold / Re: Bitcoin Gold and Bitcoin
« on: July 28, 2018, 09:59:01 PM »
The developers of BTG took the main Bitcoin (BTC) code, known as “Bitcoin Core,” and modified it. They also chose to fork the Bitcoin blockchain, copying its transaction history and using it as the basis for their own blockchain. Bitcoin Gold tackles a problem some see with Bitcoin: the increasing centralization of Bitcoin mining that requires specialized hardware and makes it impossible for the average person to mine. In a nutshell bitcoin gold was borne out of bitcoin

Bitcoin Forum / Re: WHY DO MOST PEOPLE FORGET BITCOIN SO SOON?
« on: July 28, 2018, 05:05:22 PM »
Those who ask these questions are susceptible to the FUDs thrown abroad by those who hate bitcoin and would like to see it out of the system because they themselves are excuse me to say ignorant of how bitcoin works. Therefore they ask these questions to seek emotional support from the forum members for they are weak willed.

Bitcoin Forum / Re: Bitcoin and the society
« on: July 28, 2018, 03:14:38 PM »
The main reason Satoshi Nakamoto created bitcoin  was to have a decentralized currency which is accepted through out the world. It also aims at solving multi spending problem with the help of blockchain. Bitcoin would create transparency in the society in monetary aspect.

Cryptocurrency discussions / Re: What is your opinion on currency?
« on: July 28, 2018, 02:06:05 PM »
Anything that stores value over a period of time and is accepted as a medium of exchange is a currency. In most cases a currency is specific to a country. And one thing about the value of currency is that, the value is placed on it by people. So it is with cryptocurrencies like bitcoin and ethereum and the rest.

The only coin I know which gives interest to the coin holder is Minexcoin. I haven't heard about PundiX so thanks for this info. I am going to try PundiX also and see. I hope its 'packing' is not as complicated as Minexxoin?

To me, it is because there seems to be more flexibility with ethereum than bitcoin. And the shit people receive from the whales and managers from bitcoin talk forum is really getting on the nerves of people.

Ethereum Forum / Re: Has Ethereum contributed to scammed projects?
« on: July 27, 2018, 10:09:21 PM »
Those who do not want to work are just taking advantage of the wonderful technology of ethereum blockchain and scamming people. Ethereum in itself has not contributed to these scams in anyway. You can use the analogy of a gun in this case.

Cryptocurrency discussions / Re: What is your plan for crypto?
« on: July 27, 2018, 01:27:08 AM »
I am someone who likes looking into things. So when I heard about it why not try it and see. For now I do not have any motivation other than to see how lucrative this field is.

Ethereum Forum / Re: Any way out?

From the look of things, if you do not look away from the crypto market, you will run into shock. Let those who are afraid sell their Ethereum but you just need to be bold and believe in the greatness of Ethereum. Ethereum has come a long way to fall to ground zero.

Ethereum Forum / Re: Ethereum is the best
« on: July 23, 2018, 01:31:00 PM »
I am Ethereum fanatic and believes in its ability to overtake bitcoin in the near future. But I cannot bring myself to say that Ethereum is the best cryptocurrency at the moment. The team is putting policies in place to make it the best coin, until then, it is not. It is now second to bitcoin.

Ethereum Forum / Re: If you were me, buy Ethereum or EOS?
« on: July 23, 2018, 01:22:57 PM »
If I were you, I would invest into both coins. But I would invest 70% into EOS and 30% into ethereum. This is because if EOS and Ethereum even makes the same percentage increase, you would get more profit on EOS than it is than on Ethereum since the same amount can buy more EOS than Ethereum. And also, you do not want to put all your eggs into one basket.
