Forum related / Re: How to Identify a karma Abuser?
« on: February 07, 2024, 03:13:16 AM »
Time limt doesn't mean limited in quantity. Here, one person can send 1000 karma to 1000 users at once every 10 hours, right? So, it's understandable if newbie-ranked users can send karma+ as much as they want. For some people, having a lot of karma might make them look more reputable than others. Yet, we don't know where their karma came from.
Yeps, you're right, so you can send karma to all members and only within the 10 hour limit to receive the karma.
As the admin said, it is still a secret to send karma and if you want more karma, start actively helping other members with various important information.

Btw, Sending karma (+) and (-) cannot be used by newbees and can only be used by Senior Rank members and above, Full members and below cannot send karma.

BTW, there's a user who gets more karma+ than the admin. Does that mean many people support that person too? It's a bit strange to use karma as a benchmark up to now (where karma can't be publicly tracked).
Not only that, but there are also altcoinstalks members who have little activity but have a lot of karma.
His karma exceeds his activities. Do you know which member it is yet?

Remember, some consider karma important, and some don't.
Once again for you, if you think karma is important then make other members at altcoinstalks feel helped by your presence.
Provide good information and don't attack or annoying other members so you can get karma (+).

TRON (TRX) Forum + Ecosystem / Re: Advantages of TRON over ETHEREUM
« on: February 06, 2024, 10:17:12 AM »
the TRON network has advantages. Namely:

— availability on all exchanges;
— convenient wallet;
— low price;
— minimal commissions within the network.
If we talk about the advantages of Ethereum coins, it seems we don't need to discuss it anymore because all altcoinstalks members definitely understand exactly what the advantages of Ethereum coins are in the cryptocurrency market.

I will only provide answers about the advantages of the TRON coin which definitely has something unique in itself.
Let's just play logic, why can TRON coin continue to be present in the top 20 Coinmarketcap??
Even though this TRON coin has so much supply, I was also curious about this and it turns out that TRON has so many dApps that support TRON coins.

Gambling discussion / Re: How can you cure a gambling addict?
« on: February 06, 2024, 10:02:48 AM »
I admit that it seems very difficult for me to make them aware of how to recover from gambling.
Because I have also noticed that even those who have gambled until they are old will definitely continue to gamble, even if they gamble with little value.

The addiction to gambling is so strong that people lose their appetite for food. It is impossible for people to lose their appetite every day because eating is the main human need.
In my experience, around the place where I live, there are old people who continue to gamble with their friends and their gambling ends up isolating themselves in the middle of the forest or in the middle of the rice fields. Damnnnn!

Ethereum Forum / Re: Between ETH and BTC which one is more preferable?
« on: February 06, 2024, 08:30:11 AM »
I'm thinking eth is better than btc    :)
I don't think there will be any disagreement that Bitcoin is the best cryptocurrency.
Agree, Ethereum is just follower of bitcoin, why we compare about both ? which is the best, I think bitcoin is the best,
It is too risky for us to insist that Ethereum is the best than Bitcoin because I cannot force my will to choose Ethereum.
Bitcoin is perfect (in cryptocurrency) than Ethereum because Ethereum's basic system imitates the way Bitcoin works, such as the security of the Private Key and Wallet Address.

It would be too risky for my life and mental health if I insisted that Ethereum be better than Bitcoin.
I don't want to be crazy because I support Ethereum but I want to live a normal life like other humans and choose Bitcoin as the best if I "have to" compared to Ethereum.

Bitcoin Forum / Re: BTC supply crisis will appear soon
« on: February 06, 2024, 08:17:30 AM »
BlackRock and Spot ETFs funds will also suffer the same fate: it is not easy to buy BTC at low prices!
Large companies will also think several times if they sell Bitcoin at a low price because it is very difficult to buy Bitcoin back at a low price.
There are many statements from rich people, famous people and artists that buying Bitcoin is like buying land in the real world and Bitcoin is land in digital assets.

Land in the real world is also very limited for us to own, the more people there are, the more demand there is to purchase land and then the price of land becomes expensive.
It's the same with Bitcoin, which is of great interest to everyone, but the supply is limited to only 21 million and then the price of Bitcoin automatically rises, as we now see in the cryptocurrency market.

as I tried to send +2 karma to the same account and found that I could send only +1 karma every few hours.
As far as I know, there are around 10 hours or more to be able to provide karma, I have tried it since the first time there was a karma feature, maybe since 2021 or later.
I really agree with this feature of limiting the time for sending karma because if it is not limited, perhaps all members could abuse the use of karma and until now the karma system is still kept secret by the admin.
I follow what is the best decision from the admin because the admin who owns this forum, the admin also has a lot of +karma and that means the admin also has a lot of support from all members for what he has managed for the altcoinstalks forum.

Forum related / Re: Limit In ChatBox
« on: February 05, 2024, 05:27:19 AM »
With a thread like that, maybe I will give advice to all members and Admins:
-Chatbox is limited to each letter and word, for example under 5 words and 25 letters.
-Chatbox is limited to every time you send a message or chat, for example the break is once every 30 minutes or more.

The function of this limit is to prevent misunderstandings from occurring again as in the past. IMO

This is just my suggestion and you can ignore it, but what do you think about my idea??
This chatbox feature is only for members who have difficulty finding something very urgent on the altcoinstalks forum.
When looking for something on the altcoinstalks forum, if you want a fast response, maybe you can use the chatbox feature so that other members who are online can reply quickly.
If only there was a limit for each word and message sent, it might not seem so good because it would limit other members from wanting to help those who are having difficulties on the altcoinstalks forum.

Gambling discussion / Re: Control your emotions when gambling.
« on: February 05, 2024, 05:15:57 AM »
In reality, it's hard to control your emotions when playing in a casino,
I never gamble but I always control my emotions when doing my final college assignments.
Controlling emotions is not only in gambling but in everyday life you also have to be able to control emotions.
For example, if we are driving a car and are in a traffic jam, we have to be patient and control our emotions so that there are no accidents.
In gambling, you also have to be able to control your emotions because if you can't control your emotions, the result will make us lose and maybe we will lose forever.

Cryptocurrency discussions / Re: Airdrop worthless?
« on: February 05, 2024, 04:10:08 AM »
While i have been completing many ,many tasks for airdrop. 90% of airdrops turns out to be complete non sense and worth nothing. But look at Airdrop Detective in Telegram for some real projects that keep the promise.
But as long as I participated in airdrop at the past, but didn't gain nothing. Yeah as many member here said, It is waste of time
Airdrops are now starting to become difficult to carry out because so many participants are joining.
The more participants there are, the fewer opportunities we have because we have to compete with other participants.

I've also never received from Airdrop but I at least monitor activity regarding Airdrop.
At least I witnessed them getting the JackPot from various airdrop events and I absorbed the airdrop knowledge to develop it on the altcoinstalks forum. :D

I don't know what the trick and opinion using to make some one realize with bitcoin position drop not have to panic.
It could also be that the person who gave the advice was the teacher who first taught cryptocurrency to DAMKAR and had special tricks so that he could wisely accept the advice from his friend.
It seems like he's doing tricks like a mentalist or psychologist because it's rare for an ordinary person to be able to convince someone just with ordinary conversation.

Moreover, Bitcoin trading goes up and down very quickly and we can also feel the feeling of nervousness in our hearts.
But for me, Bitcoin trading is the safest because Bitcoin has value as the number 1 coin.

Gambling discussion / Re: Does gambling affect mental health?
« on: February 04, 2024, 05:28:58 AM »
If regular gamblers stop suddenly, it can affect their mental health. What is your opinion?
For those who are addicted to gambling, it seems difficult if they have to stop gambling suddenly.
It takes a process to go through for gamblers to stop suddenly because I'm sure this gambler still wants to continue gambling as if he had lunch every day.
The gambler's mental health will also feel fluctuating because the gambling is done frequently but stops suddenly, but perhaps after getting used to stopping gambling, the gambler's mental health will recover soon.

But several my friends suggest keep calm and hold.
You are very lucky to have friends who really care about you and always remind you to stay calm and not panic.
Then your friend is also very sure to keep holding Bitcoin during the Dump because your friend is definitely someone who has experience in cryptocurrency.
It's very rare to have friends like that because in the real world we tend to have friends who are very nosy and don't want us to be successful, especially cryptocurrency which is always full of hacking drama, rising, falling prices etc.

There are some notable and good airdrops on last year like Arkham and on this current year which is on $WEN and $JUP which it did make out some
good free money.
As far as I know, Arkham is a good airdrop and unfortunately it didn't follow, so the free money is gone.
WEN and JUP might be the ones with FOMO right now but I'm not following them either because as far as I know, there are quite a lot of tasks to get the Jupiter airdrop token (JUP), including having to trade on Jupiter's DEX.

So effort is really needed on that programs since if they exert a lot of effort for sure they get rewarded.
This effort definitely has to be done because this effort is our way of getting gems from the airdrop.
I'm one of those who didn't make this effort because maybe I was lazy with airdrops, etc., but I'm currently focusing on the final exams for my campus. Maybe this is the right reason for me not participating in the airdrop.

Forum related / Re: Badge "Trusted Escrow"
« on: February 04, 2024, 04:22:28 AM »
Well we just have to wait and see what the admin comment will be about this “escrow badge” if he’ll be willing to trust any forum member to that extent.
OK mate, noted.
We have to wait for the admin to comment and provide information regarding this because in my opinion it is quite important for this "Trusted Escrow" badge.

Giving out a trust badge is tantamount to the forum admin/officers vouching for the said escrow.
That means you think the Admin still has to be the "Trusted Escrow" for all trades, right?

What if one day the admin is busy or away from the keyboard (AFK)?
Meanwhile, a member needs the trade immediately because of a sudden need, what do you think?
I think you did not understand what you quoted very well.

@Cantsay already said what should have been my response to you (second sentence/paragraph).

Also, did you intentionally omit the part when I said the admin or forum officers doesn't have to be involved in determining who should be the trusted escrow/s?
Okay mate, I got the point.

Btw, are you interested in getting the "Trusted Escrow" badge?
Or maybe you have offered yourself to the Admin if you want to get the "Trusted Escrow" badge?
Because I see you have quite a lot of experience in altcoinstalks by having the Decentralized Team and Senator badges.

why do people panic and sell their coins throw some light on this topic and share your opinion
Human feelings have a lot of instincts because actually just hearing the word "fall" makes you scared, especially as the member has Bitcoin assets that are held in custody and have a large USD value.
Before the value of Bitcoin falls too deeply, maybe they are preparing themselves to buy more Bitcoin when the price drops, this is known from their trading instincts who may have experience in cryptocurrency.
Not everyone also sells their Bitcoin when it falls because there are also many who hodL Bitcoin when it falls and in this forum there may still be those who HodL Bitcoin since 2015 and until now they are still hodL, and since 2015 Bitcoin has gone up and down thousands of times. .
