i don't think so , neo not a competitor of ethereum today the price of neo coin is below $15 also it didn't reach a new peak currently neo team is working in neo 3 block chain but it not popular like other popular blockchains but ethereum is going towards the next upgrade.

I believe in monero this is a popular privacy coin it has big trade volume and market cap also it has 30th place in the CMC I don't fear about this coin but my opinion this is a good coin for long term investments if you want big profits from this coin just hold until touch the peak .
