Dash and NEO have very different purposes. Dash aims to be a coin for payments (digital cash) while NEO is building a huge ecosystem for the dAPPS and web 3.0.
I would advice to choose NEO, has much more potential. Plus there will be no need of Dash when Bitcoin's Lightning Network will be fully mature.

If you held until now, is better to keep holding. we might be at the beginning of a small alts season. 
But remember that in order to take profit you must sell

With 5 ETH i would buy NEX tokens OTC at 1.5$ each. ICO finished 1 week ago and you needed a lucky lottery ticket to participate (that tells you how much demand there was).
This coin will be at least 200$ in 1 year.

That's true, I see many new members currently. I don't know if one of the factor is caused by a new strict regulation applied by the "bitcoin---talk" forum or not. However, we should be proud that they choose our forum and become our family here.

Yeah also bitcointalk stats are the opposite of Altcoinstalks, just keep decreasing and most users are unhappy.

Binance in 1 anno è diventato numero 1, è tra i miei preferiti da ottobre.
Ultimamente ho scoperto Bitmex, che ti permette di utilizzare leve finanziarie fino a 100x. E' uno strumento tanto potente quanto rischioso. (sconsigliato agli inesperti).
Nei top ci metto anche NEX, anche se ancora non è stato lanciato ( Exchange decentrallizato sulla blockchain NEO, ma che supporterà anche ERC20, BTC, LTC, FIat ecc).

Tra i peggiori sicuramente ForkDelta, il cimitero dei token. interfaccia utente pessima e combattere con le fee e la lentezza di Ethereum rende le cose ancora peggiori.
HitBtc anche non scherza in bruttezza

As bounty hunter and sometimes join airdrop, I've found with several platform such as: ETH, Waves, Neo, etc.
But I found unique thing about Neo platform.
I sent my token from my neo wallet to my friend's wallet. I shocked when see there is no fee to transfer.

Any body here can explain why that happened?

Recently devs added a limit of 20 free transactions to a block as a spam countermeasure. There were several spams attacks on the blockchain, basically some addresses were spamming the network with thousands of micro transactions, so the devs introduced a new function that allows you to pay some GAS ( even  0.00000001) to give your transaction priority.. but still you can get your free transactions!
