Hey, crypto lovers!
I am wondering about what most of the people prefer - centralized or decentralized exchange? And why?

Cryptocurrency discussions / Re: Altcoins will replace BTC

Everything will depend on how bitcoin will maintain its competitiveness. Bitcoin is not an antique, which will increase in price simply over time. He needs to constantly improve, otherwise he will eventually lose his leadership and price dominance over other types of cryptocurrency. It is unlikely that he will leave this market then, he will still use a certain demand. However, even now there is a certain likelihood of such events because Bitcoin is not in its best form for a very long time. First of all, it concerns its very low scalability and relatively high commission costs.

Thanks for sharing your opinion?
Do you think any altcoin has a potential to outperform BTC? If so, which one?

I never refuse that it is not impossible for Bitcoin to die. It can die someday in the future, but it is surely not today or the near future. I see many improvements in Bitcoin nowadays. This makes me not afraid to see the next bull on Bitcoin. We just need to wait for the right time.

Well, I see that if BTC will die, so all the coins and crypto disappear.

Bittorent has a interesting future potencial.

Their final announcement also kind of a promising; "BitTorrent to announce three new plans incentivizing over 1 billion users with its utility token BitTorrent (BTT)"

It should be taking view.

I don't really think that it something I am looking for.
It's not a good alternative to crypto coins at all.

as it seems to me,altcoins have already been able to replace bitcoin, they strengthen the price of bitcoin, currently bitcoin is unlikely to exist alone

which altcoins do you mean? Is there only one that can outperform BTC ever?

Our last two months predictions were completely like "bitcoin is dead". Remember? And what we see today? This news is really promising for BTC keepers: https://www.fxstreet.com/cryptocurrencies/news/bitcoin-rises-above-negative-news-in-the-market-to-stay-above-4-000-201901081130
Do you believe any altcoin can overgrow it?
bitcoin is a kind of personification of all cryptocurrencies in the market, besides its price is very high, so it will exist for a very long time until there is a replacement

Do you believe any altcoin have potential to replace BTC?

It's all can be defined in practice. You can never know which bounties are better if you don't try. There are too many scam campaigns unfortunately.

There is such a chance.  But for this altcoin must be adopted, and have real use.  Bitcoin is only an intermediary - and less and less people use Bitcoin specifically (only as a purely speculative element).  But everything takes time.  This is unlikely to happen quickly.

How do you know less and less people use BTC?
I haven't noticed it.

Visit reddit and check out their cryptocurrency subreddit  like r/ICOAnalysis, r/cryptospread, r/crypto_currency, r/CryptoCurrencyTrading, r/cryptocurrencynewico etc

Thanks. Those subreddits are what I need. Do you know some good Telegram channels as well?

If only the purpose of storing coins is better to buy BTC. Because BTC will be halving by 2020. And the possibility of BTC prices will rise further than in 2017.

I quess you are right.
Only BTC has so powerful potential so far.

Do you think it's safe to make those transactions using real people?
Dont even try, lol. How often do u see a person who is walking across the street and yelling "hi all, I carrying my btc with me!"? Looks like a kind of suicide

Agree. That's why I really don't think it's a good idea to have deals with real people.
