Sper ca va avea un scenariu interesant. Astfel ar putea creste interesul pentru blockchain si criptomonede, mai ales daca va putea fi vizionat pe una sau mai multe dintre platformele importante.

IMO there are two main reasons. First is the bear market. Second - dumpers. And here I think it's primarily about early buyers (low price & big bonus), and only after that bounty hunters or airdrop participants.

Step by step, more and more states realize that blockchain technology can't be ignored. I think this will also help the crypto market.

Pusesem si in sectiunea de news o stire acum cateva zile, dar intre timp am gasit pe avocatnet un articol mai complet si aici are mai multa vizibilitate. Pe scurt,  venitul efectiv impozitat se va calcula ca diferenta pozitiva intre pretul de vanzare si pretul de achizitie, incluzandu-se si costurile directe aferente tranzactiei (comisioane). Castigul sub nivelul a 200 lei/tranzactie nu se va impozita, insa cu conditia ca totalul castigurilor intr-un an fiscal sa nu depaseasca nivelul de 600 lei. Declararea de va face incepand cu 2020 pentru 2019, iar impozitul pentru sumele care depasesc 600 de lei este de 10% (nu am vazut totusi nimic de cass).

Nu credeam sa spun asa ceva despre o lege a actualei guvernari, dar asta mi se pare decenta. Poate ar trebui adaugat si un poll pentru pareri, dar nu stiu cum se face.
