It seems pretty obvious another bull market might happen before the close of 2018. Bitcoin seem to maintain a steady range of price for about two months now and this is a good sign of withstanding all the attacks from the governments. Once these attacks subsides, the market will take the bull run from there.

KYC is not a factor to the success of an ICO. KYC which means Know Your Costumer is for verification purposes especially to check double entries and eliminate bot entries.

There are 21 million Bitcoin in existence with only a few mined. The concept of one person buying all existing Bitcoin is not feasible because all existing Bitcoin is not in one depository where an individual can walk in and purchase all. Bitcoin is suppose to circulate in order to fulfill its goal as a currency.

The question is who are the whales? Whales in crypto are the renowned and expert people in crypto with much influence. These whales have large audience who follow every step they take. Remember, crypto is strongly affected by the attitude of people towards it on the market. Once the whales influence their audience or followers to act in a certain way towards the market, the market moves in such direction.
