Bitcoin Forum / Re: Bitcoin is dumping after ETF approval?
« on: January 13, 2024, 02:59:57 PM »
Seems like Bitcoin and the whole market is in Blood days now day after that ETF approval , is this something to be alarm for? or just another Correction that we have had before the approval?

Am not worrying of anything but just curious to what had happened today?

There's nothing to worry about, you should have known that it's either if the two sides that may happen, that after the bitcoin ETF approval, the market may pump and it may dump, and now that we are at it again on dip, that means the market have already pumped right before the approval of Bitcoin ETF and nothing we should expect now than seeing the market dumps before the major pump arrives which is Bitcoin halving in few months time.

Forum related / Re: The quality in this forum will increase.
« on: January 13, 2024, 11:38:34 AM »
I know that there were already already high quality posters and knowledgeable  altcoinstalks users before in this forum, But with more users from Bitcointalk teleporting here, some making here their new home, I believe that there will be a surge in the quality of discussions that will be ongoing and raised in this forum.

The more the forum advances here the more you will see people increasing their quality posts, because by then , it would have been such a competitive experience to do with other members of the forum, we should expect more of this in more subsequent times to come even as we keep progressing with the forum here.

Altcoinstalks is shifting to the next level. and I am happy to be a part of that.

It feels good seing that we are all part of the new success story to write about this forum, if something nasty do not happen, there may not be an unveiling for new opportunities, not only mixers alone are we expected to come here, with time, other altcoins signature campaigns will begin to spring out both in bounties and signature campaigns, am also excited to be part of this, I hope the admin will celebrate this for us  ;D

I think it's better to receive such e-mails 4 times a year instead of receiving them on monthly basis. Although, I personally don't mind if I receive those messages on monthly basis but as admin mentioned that such e-mail operations are highly server intensive and that's why it's better to send such mails 4 or 2 times per year.

I also buy this idea, making it a quarterly offer is something well to put in consideration, people will not termed it as spam or even have a second thoughts about what it's intention could be aside what they expect, I see that sending PM is not even what matters most if not about the content, and in this case, I see it as a good idea to make every member get along with everything going on with the forum including the updates needed, at least when you receive a pm, it will notify you from your email.

Now there are lots of new projects and they make promises to investors so that the project progresses, after the project progresses and the coins are sold until they reach the target, then the project party runs away and abandons its customers, causing harm to many people..
In my opinion, if we want to invest safely we need a lot of knowledge and we have to be careful about the projects we want to invest in.
What advice do you have for beginners who want to invest?

Before doing anything, learn first, when you learn about cryptocurrencies, you will have an understanding about them and know the differences between bitcoin, altcoins and shitcoins, make personal research as well after which you would have taken your time on that, afford to make only the investment you won't get offended on if it end on loss, know the risk involved as well as the benefits before anything.

Basic Questions about Cryptos / Re: Crypto pump groups?
« on: January 12, 2024, 07:45:35 PM »
What are the best rely on pump signals groups out there, i need just for one specifically and that is for Binance exchange? Thank you in advance.

What I will say here is to first make your own research all by yourself and never rely on anything or anyone for that, I've seen some in search for the best platforms or groups that predict bitcoin market price for them daily, some were even after getting a bot that does that for them, we should always take time in seing that we make our own personal research, use various indicators a d speculate the price well as on the chart flow to make the best for ourselves than depending on someone.

I want to start earning on bitcoin. Tell me, please, from what to start.

Bitcoin is a digital currency and the first cryptocurrency ever, you're to first learn about what this currency mean a d how you can acquire more understandings about it, that bitcoin can be use as a digital currency to make payments and also serves as an asset for your investment, once you understand what bitcoin really is, then you can now talk about making it your preferred currency by earning from it or exchanging your fiat for bitcoin and hold, additionally, you can learn how to trade as well.

I don't even know what makes some people think someone like Michael Saylor will turn to be a father Christmas in giving away his assets to the people just on a voluntary platter of gold for nothing, people were also found a victim of scam because they are too expectant of something free to grab, all these are part of the ways this scammers take to draw our interest on what they are faking on us, we should be at alert on seing things coming as free, they might have an intention of attack.

The greatest regret one can possibly have is seing others enjoying the benefits of adoption and you're there waiting for nothing while watching what will happen next, some of our indecision will on land us to jeopardy, we cannot be afraid of taking risk on something new that is acceptable to the entire world and out of our own fear or ignorance refusing to join in the adoption of bitcoin or even try out any other cryptocurrencies to see what's in for us.

Bitcoin Forum / Re: Why is bitcoin stability important?
« on: January 11, 2024, 08:28:16 PM »
I will say this that Bitcoin stability could also be represented by the word consistency, because by the virtue of how volatile bitcoin is, we amy not say it's stable, but there's this consistency about the digital currency, which the the maintenance of it market value, rise in market value and it's global adoption a d acceptance being a digital currency and a valuable means of asset or a profitable investment.

Now that approval has been made, what next inline for move, is this going to triggers the market price more higher or there is not going to be something we should expect for now, it seems that so many of the altcoins markets and bitcoin altogether we're rising a d pumping, this may be a season of high volatility when what we expect is what we are seing and we must therefore be very careful in our investment in other not to miss out any opportunity meant for us to take in at the cause of this period.

Basic Questions about Cryptos / Re: Hold vs trading what is better?
« on: January 11, 2024, 04:58:34 PM »
Many just see trading from afar without having the experience in it, thereby making every proclamation they say about trading in an inappropriate manner, for everything we can do to make us get money as profit, it also comes with it's own challenges and demands, we can make the very best of it all when we already have an idea on what we are into, this will help alot, wether we are going for holding or trading, the end expectations we all wanted is to make profits, but there's always one thing people don't often talk about, which is the risk in either ways.

There have been slight increases in Bitcoin transaction fees recently. Ethereum has consistently experienced similar issue, which doesn't make much of a difference. I would like to know about other altcoins with low transaction fees.

Ethereum has always been high and it's known for this already before now, Bitcoin will soon finds a final solution to that as soon as the developers community arrived at a concession, meanwhile there have been times whereby the transaction fee comes down and it's affordable to pay, all you could probably do is to keep track on the mempool to know what's going on with the current transaction fee rate before making your transactions, as for now, you can make use of Litecoin in making transactions, it's one of the lowest fee rate for making transactions.

Cryptocurrency Trading / Re: HODLing Altcoins
« on: January 10, 2024, 07:26:37 PM »
We all are aware of the higher risk involved in trading than HODLing and it has always been advisable to HODL rather than trade especially to Beginners.

As for me, I even see trading more safe than holding for anybody, this is not even on beginners alone, you can't keep on with the use of altcoins always and be trading them without avoiding some level of risk unlike when you are holding which is more dangerous to because you don't know what may comes out of the coin, you can keep holding for long without the coin performing well and at the cause, it may also get down and fail, but trading could always only include a short period of holding before trading any coin.

Cryptocurrency Trading / Re: Predict BTC price at Halving
« on: January 10, 2024, 04:32:01 PM »
If am to choose between where we are a d what the possible future is likely to be after halving, bitcoin price will go as far as more than $120,000, why am saying this is because if we go through the memory Lane we will discover about the previous performances, how the market price have moved from one stage to another, the all time low, all time high and their time intervals, we can relate the previous all time highs and see the way the market has performed, this will also help us to achieve something we can work on for this year halving.
