it sounds good, but I think It's impossible to happen.
I don't believe russian government will legalize bitcoin mining.
Russian and Chinese are the best friend, we know Chinese government against the bitcoin mining and refused it.
So I think Russian government will be.

Yeah but I don't think bitcoin price will touch 90k USD at this year 2022 or next year 2024.
I think It will happen at the end of 2024 after bitcoin halving.
At the beginning 2025 crypto price will soar.
