Ethereum Forum / Re: Do you believe in ETHEREUM TECHNOLOGY?
« on: November 05, 2018, 12:03:20 PM »
For now, the supply of Ether keeps on growing, but we will soon reach a point, probably in one or two years, where new coins will be equally created against the number of coins that go out of circulation. That is the intent of the Ether community, so we take that as our working assumption.

Blockchain technology, the distributed ledger system that underpins the digital currency Bitcoin, is getting a lot of attention from Wall Street lately. With uses ranging from cross-border payments to settlements and clearing of over-the-counter derivatives to streamlining back-office processes, the potential for disruption in the financial industry and elsewhere is growing more real each day.

Ethereum Forum / Re: Is the price of Ethereum dependent on Bitcoin?
« on: November 05, 2018, 11:58:32 AM »
Buying a bitcoin is not the same as buying a stock or bond. Bitcoin is not a corporation, so there are no corporate balance sheets or Form 10-Ks to review, and no costs, revenues, or profits to create a baseline against other cryptocurrencies.

Ethereum Forum / Re: Ethereum returns this green when BUY?

Those (mainly low-income copy & paste journalists) claiming Bitcoin is in a bubble are too lazy and/or stupid to become informed. There is no Bitcoin bubble for these reasons.

Ethereum Forum / Re: Are you holding your ethereum ?

The 80 percent correction in the global cryptocurrency exchange market has created a unique setting in the initial coin offering (ICO) market. The #DevelopmentTeam s of most tokens are now holding more Ethereum in their reserves than their market valuation.

XRP - Ripple Forum / Re: XRP replaced ETH again today
« on: November 05, 2018, 11:52:50 AM »
Over the course of the 30-day period, the price of the world's largest cryptocurrency, bitcoin (BTC), dipped a modest 5 percent. Most cryptocurrencies succumbed to the same fate, but some were able to pick up a bid. However, none saw bigger gains than XRP, whose performance in September wasn't just bullish, it was record-setting.

XRP - Ripple Forum / Re: Do you know about ripple?
« on: November 05, 2018, 11:50:04 AM »
According to is OpenCoin, the company behind ripple, the currency addresses the need to keep money flowing freely. Also, volume, which is one of most informative metrics in context of cryptocurrencies suggest that Bitcoin is currently far superior to Ripple. Volume is the amount of the coin that has been traded in the last 24 hours.

Ripple (XRP) has steadily risen to become one of the most popular digital currencies in the past few years. Even though turmoil caused mainly by Bitcoin has rocked the cryptocurrency boat, Ripple has navigated the storm rather well.

XRP - Ripple Forum / Re: Why Ripple is hated so much?
« on: November 05, 2018, 11:30:22 AM »
Ripple has shown unbelievable growth in price over the last few months. It has even taken the 2nd place after Bitcoin in terms of market capitalization, though it didn’t stay there for long.

« on: November 05, 2018, 01:05:07 AM »
IOTA (IOT or MIOTA) is a cryptocurrency token that is named after the Internet of Things, the internet-enabled network of smart devices that is set to grow exponentially in the coming decades. IOTA launched via an ICO in 2015, having been designed as a means of facilitating machine-to-machine transactions.

IOTA Forum / Re: Is IOTA a good token?
« on: November 05, 2018, 01:02:54 AM »
According to a reddit thread, there was an attempt to test the network’s durability by spoofing the network with nonsensical transactions. Apparently, those nonsensical transactions made the network (and hence all other transactions) faster.

IOTA Forum / Re: How to get IOTA
« on: November 05, 2018, 12:58:24 AM »
I have been told that debit cards are a much faster way to go than bank transfers. I have only done bank transfers, but the transfer takes a few days, and then after you buy the ETH they do not make it available for 7 days.

IOTA Forum / Re: What do you know about IOTA
« on: November 05, 2018, 12:56:12 AM »
IOTA is different from others . It might be in the beginning stage and traded on only one exchange . But what I think personaly has IOTA has very bright future because of it’s unique tangle technology .. When we look at bitcoins 5 years back it was in a similar state , traded on only one exchange , why because it was new , then the community started accepting bitcoins and the rest is history .
