Sorting Box / Re: What Got You Interested In Crypto?
« on: June 25, 2019, 08:16:34 PM »
I was looking for a way to buy things online. I always felt left out since I could not buy anything online and my dad never let me use his credit card. When I found aout about bitcoin I was looking for ways to make an income online. I was happy since I found a way to be paid in currency and I could spend the currency on online purchases without banks and rubbish. Getting paypal to work here is a pain and the bank I use doesn't support it.

Sorting Box / Re: Which do you prefer? Airdrop? Trading? Bounty?
« on: June 25, 2019, 09:14:47 AM »
For me I have noticed there are many of these telegram bots that handle the drops. I very much dislike these bots because they just add another contact/group to my never ending list of contacts/groups so after doing a few it gets messy. I much prefer to fill something out and I need to see some substance. Like a website or an Ann thread somewhere. I have signed up for many bounties just to see what happens and I never got paid from any of them. I noticed they were mostly just telegram bots or google sheets I filled. The ones that had websites or Ann threads were the best ones with good results and I have made a decent amount. To me a few dollars is even worth it since its a few minutes of work and if it is a project you interested in anyway it doesn't feel like work.

For bounty be careful. These "airdrop bounties" sometimes even have very nice websites. No mention of distribution but the site collects stakes and you can submit them yourself. Then the site one day just isn't there. They never had a thread either... So what I have learned is...

Never do a bounty or airdrop if they do not have a website/other social media/telegram and distribution date. Things need to be known upfront. Good luck ^^

Sorting Box / Re: Bounty Hunting Advise For Newbie
« on: June 24, 2019, 09:03:25 PM »
These tips are generally not bad, but each ICO project is very individual. In addition, scammers also learn from their mistakes. Therefore, it is very difficult to expose good scammers. There are also many cases when, even after collecting funds, a team encounters unforeseen objective difficulties and the team disappears for a time from our field of vision, sometimes their tokens do not even appear on the stock exchange and everyone rushes to declare them to be fraudsters. Should not rush to this.

Yes, people do this often and then others think that the entire community us scam ICO. If they don't make a profit right away it is a scam. I don't think that there are just scams. People are just far too quick to jump to conclusions or cannot be patient. Staying in contact with the devs is really the best thing to do.

Sorting Box / Re: Why KYC is important?
« on: June 24, 2019, 08:46:37 PM »
There are no KYC compliance laws this is crap utter and total crap. If you feel you want to argue with me then please direct me to the exact laws you are referring to otherwise keep it to yourself.
Only your government and entities within it should ask KYC. For opening a bank account you need KYC. This is protected heavily. Your ID and motor license needs KYC and is protected heavily. When you apply for a job and go for an interview depending on the nature of the business and the payment you may be asked for KYC. This is done through a government system. You register for tax with KYC and it is safe. Only give KYC to government-approved companies or projects.

KYC does not in anyway prevent fraud. Fraud still happens. I was scammed by a company with a real address and location and nothing was done and I did not pursue it as I only spend $10 there and it would not be worth it plus the place is far away. Yes I agree it's about the morals but still. These people run this business using KYC for their bank account and still they steal. Many banks even say they have no responsibility for who you send your money to. Otherwise the bank takes the fall all the time and has to solve peoples personal issues.

If anything KYC increases fraud.

I think KYC is important because it helps verify the identity of investors and kyc will reduced ico fraud from the cryptomarket.

No it won't. It increases fraud actually. Stealing KYC is more easy than ever thanks to foolish people.

Sorting Box / Re: HOW to 100% avoid SCAM ICOs
« on: June 24, 2019, 08:37:39 PM »
It isn't actually possible to be 100% with anything. I mean anything. We cannot even be 100% sure we will wake up tomorrow. Everything I based on odds. It is like an odds game. Much like the way the system for the game dungeons and dragons works. If we arm ourselves with knowledge we can reduce the risk and increase our odds of success and decrease the odds of failure. It is not too difficult to spot a scam or potential scam. You need to instead think of finding out if the project is worth it instead of trying to figure out if it is a scam. If the project makes sense and there is an activity that is a good thing. If the project has little to no activity then that is bad, the project doesn't need to be a scam in order for you to lose your money so try not thinking that way.

The best advice possible is to do what I just said about checking out the project. Then using your own common sense and asking yourself if it was your project how would you feel about it. Is it too good to be true? Does it make sense? I think that most times people fool themselves into believing in a project. Honestly, people are very stupid with their money and deserve to lose it. I know it sounds harsh but really sometimes you see a project and ask yourself what sort of person falls for it. Yet people still fall for nigerian price scams. -_-

Thank you very much for the Karma. I have already found this program helpful. I like how it works and I like that I can be paid to read the white papers . I get paid to educate myself about potential future investments which are very helpful. Two birds with one stone. The 25% referral is also generous so I better take advantage of it.

When I open the link and it goes to the telegram app it says many users have reported this as a scam and to be careful with what info you give. What is that all about? When you fill in tasks did you get this issue? It is a bit odd that the tasks are done through a bot and not just a website.

Referral Links / Re: Initiative Q
« on: June 20, 2019, 06:58:05 AM »
I just signed up under you with a gmail account. Please verify. Thank you.

I applied. You just confirm your email address and that is it. It says "Congratulations! You have been added to the FREE airdrop."
I guess this means they will contact us through email and then what do we do? Make an account? It didn't ask me to make one to get the airdrop. This was also 3 months ago and still nothing has been heard?

Airdrops & Giveaways [FREE] / Re: 🔥[AIRDROP]EARN FREE ETC🔥
« on: June 19, 2019, 05:17:36 PM »
I see a deposit and a trade event that reward WAX but I do not see any event that gives ECT. O.5 ETC is nice wow.

Also you forgot to add the requirements you have to deposit (any amount) to the exchange first

Rewards: 60 WAX for the first 1,000 users

What is this BTS k-Pop stuff?? I have a none crypto friend who loves k-Pop maybe it is a good way to introduce her to crypto? I am impressed that there is such a backing though. Most projects have nothing. This exchange seems nice to me.

Thank you for the share I am going to test this exchange out.

Oh man!! This is great. I love these bounty websites. This one looks like a really legit place to find some work. I love that you can convert to tokens. Is it on the fly? I guess I will find out so I am not too worried if I don't get an answer to that. There are many interesting projects there as well and you get points just to read them which I would have done anyway. I am really enjoying this forum. There are many income opportunities and the forum seems pretty close like the members give a damn about one another which is nice and bring a community feel. I really appreciate this find and you will reap the reward since you referred me. You must be racking it in am I right?? Seriously like how many refs do you have now?

If you have any more income opportunities or ways to earn an investment instead of buy-in then please let me know and I will thank you by signing under you. If the opportunity is worth it then you definitely get a lot out of sharing it with me.

Sorting Box / Re: Donot scare about negative karma
« on: June 19, 2019, 04:49:42 PM »
I like that this forum is not obsessed with handing out punishment as other forums do. Focusing on the negative is something very easy to do and nothing good ever comes from it. I believe only blatant spammers and trolls should ever be punished. For some people, English is a second language and we need to remember this. I also like that negative karma is not permanent. It is a much better idea to allow people to "work off" their misdemeanors.

Sorting Box / Re: Kyc risks??
« on: June 19, 2019, 03:36:58 PM »
Never ever give your personal info online. It even says this online in games and forums. It is the first thing you learn when you go online and parents teach it to their kids. Hell even before internet my parents told me to never tell anyone where I lived. It's just common sense.

Firstly they shouldn't even be asking for your KYC they are not a legal authority and have no jurisdiction over you at all.

The excuses they love to use.

Stopping mutl-accounting (there are other ways look at this forum for example)
Besides, I would rather have the same bounty hunter that knows what they doing running several accounts than to have several penny pincher bounty hunters that just dump and write horrible quality posts.  Its a lame and tired excuse.

AML - You can't launder money you earn sorry. Also, criminals launder a hell of a lot more then what you get doing the bounty. What self-respecting criminal would take risks for pennies?
Terrorism - This is for super paranoid people.

The consequences??

Lunatics break into your house one day and steal everything? Your KYC is blasted all over the internet by now and it's only a matter of time. (sounds far fetched but its still possible)
Something less far fetched is identity theft. Don't worry about not following KYC "laws" you will have plenty of laws to worry about when someone else committed under your name and steals yout identity. Identity theft is horrible go google how it affects lives.

Your safety is more important than any law. Remember slavery was also once a law.

So guys and girls please stop giving your personal details to strangers online. Anyone can start an ICO you don't need some sort of special permission. I could right now and then I could ask you're for KYC and say it was because of the law? I wonder how many KYC I could collect that way?? If I was a criminal I could sell the KYC for over $100 a pop.

Stay safe and use your head ^^
