If I had to choose 3, I will choose BITCOIN 40% because it's still the king, ETH 40% because most of projects uses its blockchain and 20% NEO for same reason of ETH, because many new project are choosing NEO instead of ETH.

There is no rules for holding coins.. you can be lucky and after 3 years your coin can be 1000% or unlucky.. this is a bad period for many altcoins but when market will be bullish again everything will rise soon and fast.. personally I'm holding everything

Unless you have few $ in coins it's not advisable to leave your coin on exchanges because hacker can steal them easily than from your wallet.
Also if the exchanges makes bankrupt and disappear you loose your coins because you don't have the private key of this wallet..

If you have a work I think it's not a good idea to leave for making day-trading in crypto, it's a very volatile market, you can do a lot of money but also loose everything in just some weeks.... it can be a good "second" job ;)

Uso quotidianamente Binance e Cryptopia (per le coins che non sono presenti su Binance). IL migliore come supporto è TheRockTrading che ha anche supporto in Italiano ma purtroppo è piccolino ed ha poche coins...
