Bitcoin Forum / Re: ETF Approval, do we have reason to celebrate?
« on: January 11, 2024, 11:42:51 PM »
This news about approving Bitcoin ETF means that most or even all of the people are very happy and satisfied with the results. Because after all, the hope is that with the approval of the Bitcoin ETF, it will be able to increase the price of Bitcoin or will have an impact on the price of crypto in the market. So no matter what, our expectations of Bitcoin's price will always increase.

But for example, can you give me an explanation why the higher price of Bitcoin will have a positive effect on you? What is the main benefit that you or I or the majority of members from this forum will have from BlackRock or the higher price of Bitcoin?

Unijoin is one of the few mixers that do not have a fixed network fee for each address, it is determined dynamically during the process and depends exclusively on the current state of the network. Did I understand correctly?
Is there a moment during the process when it is possible to see how much the fee will be deducted on this basis (plus your service fee)?

I started a thread for discussion about all mixers and the plan is to do a more detailed review of each service at some point and go through the entire mixing process. Since he has quite several mixers, I will wait for a slightly lower fee so that the costs are not too high. Now I'm just gathering as much information as possible.

Bitcoin Forum / ETF Approval, do we have reason to celebrate?
« on: January 11, 2024, 09:36:38 PM »
What are we celebrating here?

OK, quite a bit of euphoria has been created due to the ETF approval, I have seen many invitations to celebrate, and I find it especially interesting from ordinary users. So I wonder, what exactly do we "little" Bitcoin users get from this event and why should we be happy about it?

The way I see it, we're just getting another big player who will keep a large amount of Bitcoin under his control. Whoever decides on an ETF, will be given Bitcoin for "safekeeping" and in return, they will receive a dividend in Fiat. So, again Fiat, is exactly what we wanted Bitcoin to destroy.
Also, Bitcoin enters the WS, a market that is almost dependent on manipulation, it is of course an atmosphere suitable for big players and big stakes. How resistant is the Bitcoin ecosystem to such a thing?

Second thing, everyone is looking forward to record values, and rising BTC prices, but what happens when it reaches $200k, for example? For us ordinary people, it will be much more difficult to collect a significant amount of Bitcoin, so even from that point of view, I see no reason to celebrate everyone who has less than 30BTC in their wallet.

Bitcoin Forum / Re: LIST - Bitcoin mixers & Tumbler services! ✅✅
« on: January 11, 2024, 12:47:45 PM »
Is there any reason why you include their BTT ann link? Considering mixers are no longer allowed there, I don't think it is really helpful for most people.

The official Bitcointalk accounts of all mixers still can communicate via PM, and If someone needs support, any available communication channel is welcome. The basic idea of this thread is to provide as much important information as possible, especially in cases when there is some trouble.

Many mixers still have a BTT link on their pages and not all of them have migrated to this forum yet. Once they also completely ignore BTT, I will delete the links.

BitMixList this will give you the list of all the best, reliable and privacy sites Bitcoin mixers with additional information like the history of Bitcoin mixers and others

The idea is to open a discussion about mixers, not just a simple collection of data.

Ask a Moderator / Re: Self-moderated topics?
« on: January 11, 2024, 12:36:48 PM »
Why deletion is limited ? because some users abused to earn points, answering the topic, deleting the answer then answering again and again to earn points that can be exchanged into our token ...

It's amazing how resourceful scammers are, it's a shame that they don't apply it to useful things.

For such cases, wasn't it possible to set that deleting a post will automatically delete a certain amount of forum points? This would perhaps encourage more attention to be paid to the quality of the posts because they don't want to lose points in case the moderator deletes his post as spam.

Yobit / Re: Yobit: liquidity problem
« on: January 11, 2024, 12:58:42 AM »
I just checked and saw Yobit's BTC withdraw fee is 0.0012 BTC > $50, I couldn't believe my eyes. Increasingly, there is less and less reason for me to continue using Yobit.

Old well-known rubbish, Yobit.
The high fee is actually imposed to discourage users from withdrawing bitcoins from there. I'm even wondering how many real coins there are on that platform, or if everything is falsely presented.
If you already want to withdraw and you should think about it funds from there, I advise you to first research which coin/token is even possible to withdraw from there. For example, I think the DOGE coin wallet has been in maintenance mode for a long time.

Bitcoin Forum / Re: Mix-Aggregators

But I like the thread you made so that you don't need to access the site anymore to see the list of bitcoin mixers, but I don't see the name PureMixer in your list, maybe because of the manipulation fraud case on bitcointalk?  :D

Yes, Puremixer will definitely not be able to be on my list, precisely because of the scandal they made on Bitcointalk. OK, I reserve the right to change my decision if they come to the altcoinstalks forum and present a detailed and clear explanation of what happened there.

Bitcoin Forum / Re: Bitcoin ETF approval
« on: January 10, 2024, 01:24:14 PM »
People may wonder why twitter account was not hacked till now and why x account got hacked as soon as it was approved?

Because hackers owe Twitter or X whatever. They hack it as needed when they want to have fun.

Isn't it interesting to you, that the information was published earlier that the ETF would not be approved, but Bitcoin continued to grow? Negative news, but Bitcoin's reaction to it is quite the opposite.

Ask a Moderator / Re: Self-moderated topics?
« on: January 10, 2024, 01:17:19 PM »
Are there any plans to add option for members to create self-moderated topics or something similar like we have in other forums?

Most of the time I would just create normal topics, but sometimes I expect to receive a lot of spam and low value posts, so I would like to keep certain topics clean.

I don't know if you noticed, but you can't even delete your post here. You can edit it, and remove the content, but you cannot completely remove it from the forum.
Once published, it stays forever. For the self-moderated function, you probably need admin privileges.

Bitcoin Forum / Re: Mix-Aggregators

Just yesterday I started a topic on this forum about it LIST - Bitcoin mixers & Tumbler services! ✅✅ Still I need to finish it and I have to ask the admin which board is adequate for it.

The idea is to have an open discussion about mixers, after the ban on Bitcointalk. Perhaps the essence is not so much in comparing services, as that we should all be informed in time if there is a problem with some service.

Gambling discussion / Re: Do you tell your husband you gamble?
« on: January 10, 2024, 01:01:14 PM »
Is this a trick question?
What can we say about those who do not have a husband but a wife?  :o

Now seriously, gambling can be a serious vice and if you do it secretly without the knowledge of the people closest to you, you are certainly in deep trouble. This is the first signal that you either change your habits and stop gambling or that you change your husband/wife who does not understand your needs.

792
Royse777, Considering the changes on the other forum, maybe you can do it here as well, without asking the admin.
I haven't tried it, but it seems that the display name field is editable here, you can try it  ;)

Delay is an interesting functionality. Could you please explain to me in a little more detail in what cases this function is necessary? It is probably needed in order to separate as much as possible in time the sending of bitcoin and the receipt after processing, and thus disguise the use of the mixer.
Am I thinking correctly?

Yes, that is the basic purpose. If you still distribute Bitcoin to several addresses, it is desirable that they be in different amounts, as well as different service fees. The more different parameters, the more complicated it is to connect that the coins belong to the same person.

Updates:

* Information about the Yomix mixer that should be known before using this service (01. April 2024)

Yomix withdrew his deposits from 2 forums on which they were advertised (Exploit and another), and literally a few days after that, on another large hacker forum XSS, a user provided evidence that yomix stole 2 BTC from him (at the time of filing the complaint, yomix had on this forum there was a deposit of 1 BTC which was frozen). I won’t go into detail, but now their account is blocked and marked as a scammer.

Less than a few days later, on the same forum, another user reported the theft of 0.5 BTC. Some reputable users began an investigation and came to the conclusion that yomix and several well-known mixers belong to the same group of people.
