Bitcoin News & Updates / Re: Bitcoin Price Prediction for Jan 2021
« on: January 05, 2021, 03:33:17 PM »
I agree with @Malam90. We are at a happy point, smiling, thinking about lambos and mansions, but we must remember that at the end of 2017 we were the same and then the fall was brutal. I prefer to wait a reasonable time before I get too happy, I have seen it several times, and surely you too.

Desde no hace demasiado tiempo me estoy dando cuenta que cada día aparecen mas clones de Uniswap y con tanto scam que vemos ya no puede uno fiarse de nada.

Bitcoin Forum / Re: Governments cannot control Bitcoin
« on: January 05, 2021, 02:54:11 PM »
The governments can't control Bitcoin because it is decentralized. It wasn't made in favour of a centralized system where one person or authority can have full power and control over its transaction. The farthest the governments can go is to impose regulations on Bitcoin transactions especially on the exchange sites.

Yes, I think government cannot control bitcoin because bitcoin is decentralised system. Bitcoin has been controlled by demand and supply, Bit It is really difficult and need bug fund. So I don't believe Bitcoin will be controlled.

No government wants to control Bitcoin, they know they can't, but they can control the people who use it. And they do, closing the loop, anonymous coins are currently under attack by the SEC.

Bitcoin Forum / Re: More records for bitcoin as we welcome 2021.
« on: January 04, 2021, 09:11:58 PM »
If nothing stands in the way of Bitcoin this year 2021 it will certainly be to remember for many years to come. The worst thing is the SEC arms, which are very long and powerful, although they cannot do anything against Bitcoin if they can destabilize "everything".

Bitcoin Forum / Re: Will the bitcoin be dying sometime in the future?
« on: January 04, 2021, 08:42:54 PM »
After 12 years with us and without the majority knowing of its existence, I do not think that Bitcoin can disappear (and I hope so), it could transform but without losing its essence, but not disappear. We must take into account the demand it has, especially since these last weeks, which makes it gain a lot of popularity.

Thanks @tsakf. Individual control is the most logical option, what the SEC is doing is making exchanges remove anonymous currencies and all their pairs without receiving any legal notice. That's their way of controlling and that's what they want us to feel. They want to rule us in fear.

Sorting Box / Re: What do you think about .. airdrop and bounty
« on: January 04, 2021, 12:05:21 PM »
If you participate in a bounty of a new and interesting project (which is not a scam, of course) you can earn money depending on your forum rank and social networks. I have never participated in an airdrop, most are scams and the ones that are legal do not give you for peanuts.

@marcsymons it can be for money laundering, drugs, terrorism and many other things, things that are also done with FIAT. The thing is they don't want there to be anonymity in cryptocurrencies. They want users to leave a trace, so they can control us as they cannot control all cryptocurrencies.

Although Bitcoin's capitalization is more or less stable ($539,351,003,280) the total market volume is down almost $120,000,000,000, it "looks" like some correction is coming, and it can be quite strong. At the moment we are already at $29,314 since its last ATH yesterday, $34,608, about $5,000 under in less than 24 hours...

@Alter for me it is not a concern for the market. For me it is concern about the present and future attacks that the SEC will carry out. The money coming out of DASH, XMR and ZEC will go to others coins/tokens. The really worrying thing is that without a lawsuit, some exchanges like Bittrex act like this, that's because maybe they know what's coming.

Pues si @LUCKMCFLY, esa portada y todo lo que significaba cambio la historia del mundo y de muchas personas. Quien iba a decir donde estaría Bitcoin 12 años después, y donde va a llegar...

Cryptocurrency Trading / Re: Which exchange do you prefer for trading?
« on: January 03, 2021, 07:07:20 PM »
I use Kraken and Binance but will have to use some more due to SEC, if all US based exchanges are going to have issues due to SEC I will have to leave Kraken and find another. And it's something that bothers me a lot, I've been using Kraken for years and I like it for the safety and reputation it has.
