I participated in Elysian somewhere in June or July. Elysian has dump 98% from its ico price. And guess what? until now they have not distributed the bounty and we hunters are like beggars begging to release the bounty.

Yes that is true. Scammers always dump their eth because even if the value is low, they are not in loss at all since that is the money of others and not theirs.
