I would not be bothered by that number if I were part of Libra team. That may look small but that is only from the US. What if we take into account their target market which are third world countries?

You cannot really call it your wallet if someone else is in control of your funds. I don't really understand why would anyone use such when there are so many free mobile and web wallets out there that are good and allow you to keep your private keys.

Tier 1 Verification — After creating an account with a valid email address, you will be asked to provide your name, date of birth and country. Once the information is submitted, verification is instant, and you will be approved for unlimited trades and withdrawals of up to $5,000 USD per day.

Tier 2 Verification — For users who want to withdraw more than $5,000 USD per day, you will be asked to provide your address, a passport (or other approved ID), and a selfie. Once the information is submitted, verification can take as little as 30 seconds, and then you will be approved for unlimited trades and unlimited withdrawals.

I think it is safe to say many people will no longer be using IDEX with these changes.

This is probably because most of UK and USA no longer use facebook. I wonder what the statistics are on other nations where facebook is still the preferred choice.

When we say "effective" we usually don't limit it to the price of a coin or token. In case of Ethereum, it is still quite effective on a good day in terms of transaction speed and fee. When it comes to price, it is a bit slow considering that ethereum 2.0 is just a few months away. I thought the price would already be around $500.   

There are so many old threads that are no longer relevant to today's discussion but still being bumped by some bounty hunters and I don't think the OPs plan to lock them up anytime soon. Can admin or mods do it?
