I think, that few years ago, when global knowledge about crypto was still low, crime organizations could easly use them for their couse. But know, when awareness of cryptocurrencies has risen and even governments considering this subject (like, for examble, on G20 which is happening right now), the control over it is getting bigger.

Despite the last crisis and growing lack of investors' faith in bitcoin, NASDAQ is still going to launch Bitcoin future contracts. It will happen on the beginning of next year. What dou you think? Is this support will change something?
