So I’ve been eyeing $INIT for a while now, mainly because of how they’re combining Layer 1 and app-specific Layer 2s (aka Minitias). The Cosmos SDK base, instant bridging, and tools for both devs and users actually make it one of the more polished upcoming launches I’ve seen lately.

But here’s where I’m a bit stuck…

A few CEXs kicked off pre-market on the 15th, and I noticed one of them just recently opened trading but somehow already has more volume than Gate, MEXC, and KuCoin combined. That feels odd considering it came in late. Either the whales are parking their bags there or maybe it’s a liquidity thing but I’d love to hear from anyone actually trading it pre-listing.

Price discovery is clearly still in motion. If you’ve been picking up $INIT already or watching closely, where are you seeing the best rates right now? Are there any early listing events happening I should know about?

Am surprised users on this forum talking about this project lol cos I recently started holding this token and most of the CEXs listed it.. I guess Layer 2 projects are making comeback again?

btw are you talking about price? Cos I can see the price is higher in one and lower on others..

Hi everyone

I am asking this question out of curiosity and to also know what you guys think...

if the government of your country decides to launch a centralized cryptocurrency exchange specifically for her citizens which you are part of, will you shift your usage of other exchanges to this exchange without being forced?

1. That is, if the government did not ban the citizens from using other global exchanges, will you willingly switch to using the exchange from the government of your country?

2. If the government bans, and blocks citizens access to other exchanges except the country's own exchange, will you forcefully use the exchange or will you find alternative means of accessing other global exchanges?

Let's read your take on this and do forget to give clear reasons why you did choose whatever you choosed..

actually I don't even trust my own government, let alone using their own exchange lol... My funds will be huge in risk. My opinion only..

Other Popular Cryptos / Coins / Finally some relief on crypto market?
« on: April 23, 2025, 10:24:48 AM »
It's good to see BTC at 91K again.. I am sure many of us have been waiting for this. I was waiting for my bags to pump again so that I can sell it for profits, but alts are still down.. since BTC dominance is at high.. Is this going to ATH level since BTC is bullish?

Not gonna lie, Crypto has been bloody since we saw 75k, so many billions were wiped out on the long side and short side. People were panicking and it was constant sell. But at least we recovered guys.. I think we can see last down before ATH...

How are your futures trades going guys these days? Have you been making money with shorts especially?

Incentivised Posting / Shill / What do you see in burning tokens?
« on: April 11, 2025, 02:21:41 AM »
been around crypto since long time, and every cycle I’ve seen projects burn a chunk of their supply, always framed as a way to support the community or increase utility. I see some people take it as a bullish sign becuz of this.

But is it really good for the token in long term? Recently an exchange burned their 30M+ BGB tokens, saying it’s to support holders, launchpool users, and builders in the ecosystem. the price did move after the burn, like it did last time in december back then it went up around 23% after the announcement. and they’ve been doing this consistently since they cut total supply down to 1.2B.

I don’t know if it’s all just optics or if it really helps the token long term, but looking at how BGB performed last year compared to other CEX tokens, maybe there’s more to it..

I'm kinda curious on how it can really work out at the end?

I have heard a few times about this event, but really never bothered to look deep into it. I have been seeing posts about it on Twitter saying that they are excited about this event, even some exchanges are making events that gives users chance to win a Special Access Pass to the event.

This event is happening from April 30 to May 1, and it will be in Dubai. But I am so curious. Does this event affect markets? Why are so many users interested in this event?

Other Popular Cryptos / Coins / Are AI tokens gonna outperform BTC?
« on: February 21, 2025, 09:55:57 AM »
The market has been bad for weeks now, BTC is just going up and down, kind of sideways. I wonder what's gonna happen when it finally goes down. They try to take liquidity from down and try to push up but it goes down again, so much movement in the chart, yet the ALTs are bleeding hard.

But let's get to topic. it's been a few days since Grok 3 was released, and I have seen some AI tokens like NEAR, INJ and so on showing some signs of growth and rise due to that.. On the other hand, AI tokens on Solana are dead due to recent controversy on LIBRA + Hayden.. Aside from that we seeing a lot of AI projects like KAITO, IP and more entering the market.

I'm thinking after all of these cool downs, we're gonna see some massive things coming up. What AI tokens are you guys seeing right now?

This is the second newbie asking about this token, I don't know if it's part of a promotional plan but if you get WCT then it's okay to keep it otherwise buying the token might not be a wise investment.

So, it's better to sell it? I mean the token is part of wallet connect which we use daily for QR scanning and connecting.. And I think it's huge. Hopefully it goes higher on listing..

...What do you guys think, should I hold it?

Years ago, I received 40 something aave tokens, I sold them for peanuts while currently each aave tokens fetches 260$, I have learned my lesson there to not sell if it's not selling for good amount. If this $60 goes to drain, it's ok.

Yeah I might regret selling it soon. cos I can relate to Trust wallet token. I sold too early that I lost 3$+ but it was an emergency, so I stopped thinking about it and thinking forward to these tokens like WCT..

You got any WCT ?

I have quite noticed that every protocol or even swap platforms has started their own token. I think it has become a pattern for older platforms that have been there..

Now most used protocol, wallet connect has come with their native token called WCT.. They've also distributed airdrop to those who have used it for years. The majority of users got about 200-400 WCT, based on LaunchX's price they're having now, it's around 80$.

I think this token can easily reach 250M FDV with demand. But I fear with the current market sentiment, it might not even go up to that volume.. But to think from a long term perspective, this may top up the market.. What do you guys think, should I hold it?

The crypto market is in a rather unusual state: tens of billions of $ have flowed into the market, tens of billions of USDT and USDC have been minted, and many new stablecoins have been introduced, yet we have boredom as the price of BTC fluctuates around $100K.

When BTC price dropped from $108K to $90K two days ago, many investors were scared and worried that BTC price would decrease to $70K. However, today, when BTC price quickly recovered from $90K to $100K, investors became greedy and started talking about $160K or even higher. Looking back, an experienced trader could have made a significant profit by selling BTC at $108K and buying back more BTC at $90K. On the contrary, many other investors might have panicked and sold their BTC when it was at $90K, and they are now regretting not holding BTC more firmly.

After many years in the market, I've noticed that investors always have the expectation of trying to optimize their accounts during bullrun by attempting to sell and buy multiple times to take advantage of fluctuations within each market wave. Unfortunately, they usually fail and hand over their tokens to whales just before the market experiences a massive surge.

In 2025, a similar pattern might be repeating itself, with whales psychologically torturing investors by making them constantly see and miss out on profits, forcing them to consider hypothetical scenarios about optimizing portfolio success. I myself am holding several tokens with large price fluctuations such as AVAX, ADA, DOT, NEAR, IMX and sometimes I feel a bit regretful looking back at the opportunities on their price charts.

Comparing a few % of profit and the risk of missing out on hundreds of % helps me make the best choice for myself right now, which is to continue holding crypto until the market shows clear signs of a trend reversal instead of constantly buying and selling and creating unnecessary pressure for myself. The recent rise in BTC price has already brought me profits and altseason will generate more profits, which is sufficient for my investment plan in this cycle. Avoiding frequent trading also gives me more time to monitor and analyze the market, maintaining a clear head in every investment decision.

Lao Tzu also once said "Doing nothing is doing everything", I find it particularly true for my hold-to-signal strategy in 2025. I focus on my real-life work and avoid making regrettable mistakes with my crypto account.

Are you holding crypto or trying to buy and sell as much as possible to increase the number of tokens and optimize profits from this bullrun?

I am trying to scalp and profit as much as I can. This bull market news won't make me excited for now.. I need to see BTC going at 100K. Seems we're stuck with 96-97k..

PayFi is trying to work on making crypto more ease of use in everyday life things like earning yield on assets, spending them directly and even improving cross border payments. I think there’s a lot of potential in bringing crypto into the financial systems we already use especially when it comes to spending crypto without any issues in daily purchases.

There are already some stuff happening, as crypto cards and collaborations with retailers, which are positive steps toward increasing cryptocurrency accessibility. People can just pay with their crypto wallet card to buy stuff without it being any more complicated.

But anyway I’m not sure if that’s enough for adoption. Cos the real challenge is making these options more reliable. If using crypto feels difficult than current payment methods, I think most people won’t bother, no matter how benefits them.

What do you think guys? Do you see these kinds of tools actually making crypto more mainstream?

Gas fees are expensive on Ethereum — on SUI, Solana, Base the fees are in cents so not much trouble.

This could eliminate the need for bridging, slow entry, high gas fees, and even the risk of phishing scams—like the case of that guy who lost $800k trading the wrong Melania token on a DEX.

It's on the guy himself tbh. Confirm token contract address and make sure it's legit before you trade.

What if all these can be eliminated?? That's the discovery.
I was thinking—why don’t we have an innovation that allows access to trending tokens not yet listed on top exchanges, using stablecoins like USDT, BUSD, or USDC?
Then you would be eliminating the advantage of those people who do the work of 'gem hunting'. I'm pretty sure there are smaller exchanges that are actively listing these new tokens with a stable coin pair but the problem always lies with the legitimacy of the cex/dex.

Ai are pretty much sound everything rn, There's already a method of copying wallets using bonk bots, sol flare etc, there's also a recent development I noticed

Tbh, alpha callers should learn something new imo

Oh nice, first time seeing such innovation from an crypto exchange.. But it's still not guaranteed that these projects will make waves on the market, so it's only up to us how we focus on that specific project and have our faith that it'll rise. This is a good feature though since they will update the newest projects on their SEED homepage and we can even look out all the info by clicking one of the projects and research.

Cryptocurrency discussions / Re: How do you find projects with potential?
« on: January 24, 2025, 01:25:48 PM »
Is there any definite system or strategy for deciding projects that would have the best potential for profits when you intend to invest?

Or is it just doing proper research and anticipating demand based on usecases.
Last one + I always check their community sentiment, saves me time from researching deep..

I don't think there is any system to do that. All of that decided by you and your belief

I really think Elon musk will create his own token, it will be called X token lol and he is gonna integrate it. You'll never know his moves, he is ahead of us.. DOGE might be his fav but he'll put his own here and build it from scratch.

X platform will be his whole net worth.
