Upload your image in any image hosting like imgur then post the URL in thread, if there's a warning message that a newbie can't post a URL then just snip the URL like separating the "." (dot) of the URL and then you're good. Just put a note that you separate some character or the "." (dot). Just simple as that. Even the manager offers that you can PM the URL to him, can't you see the post on the thread?
