Earlier we faced a DDoS attack. The site is working now. Sorry for the interruption.

2
For example, genesismix.cx What if LM spent all or part of the funds? How would you prove that they were your Bitcoin? We don't know that, we would have to take LM's word for it. Or vice versa.
We trust our escrow provider ofc, there will be no problem from our side. We are satisfied with his reputation that he earned the trust is more than enough for us to allow him to do all our disputes.

This contract, between GenesisMix.cx (Service provider) and Little Mouse (myself), secures $20,000 worth of Bitcoin (current value) to resolve any dispute against the Service provider.
Withdrawal request of the fund from the Service provider will require at least 7 days & up to 1 month waiting period to be released.
I reserve the right to declare a fair resolution for any dispute against the Service provider and my decision is always final.
Victim customers must provide a Letter of Guarantee with any other vital information that they have to resolve a dispute fairly.
For any dispute we will cover up to the BTC amount I'll be holding. The process will be first come, first served.
Once genesismix.cx sends the fund and quotes the post, the contract activates immediately.
I can terminate the contract any time I want by requesting a refund address from user genesismix.cx to send the funds back.
Once the contract is terminated, both parties should notify it by posting a termination update on this topic.

Happy to see another SimpleX user. Instead of using Telegram, we prefer to use SimpleX when the topic is about privacy.
Bitcoin inspires us to give more value to security and anonymity. Thanks to decentralization.

We believe all bitcoin users have their right to protect their financial privacy. The GenesisMix.cx enables you to secure that desired privacy. A bitcoin user with the luxury to spend more on service fees and do not want to wait longer even the delay to zero, will have the similar anonymity of a bitcoin user with the luxury to wait longer delay even to 7 days by paying lowest service fees.

For any reason if we are not interested to provide service to a bitcoin user, we will not execute their order. We will freeze the coin and wait for the bitcoin user to contact us using our official support channels. After collecting necessary information we will send back their coins to a given address without sending it to our mixing pool.

Technically speaking, what is the difference between paying a lower fee and a higher fee? What will happen in terms of mixing? Is the only difference the delay time?

So there is the possibility of responding to government requests or requesting more data from users such as KYC?

Let us imagine a scale to picture difficulties, this is just an idea to explain you better. 0 for easy to break, 100 for almost impossible to break.
1. Lowest fees which is 0.7% with lowest time delay which is instant will have a difficulties of lower than 5 which is still better than sending your coins openly.
2. Lowest fees which is 0.7% with 7 days time delay will have a difficulties of 60.
3. Highest fees which is 4.7% with highest time delay which is 7 days will have a difficulties of 100
4. Highest fees which is 4.7% with time delay above 3 hours will have a difficulties of 90 to 100
5. Highest fees which is 4.7% with time delay below 3 hours will have a difficulties of 85 to 90

We hope you get the idea. With GenesisMix, our users have complete freedom to combine any combination they consider better serve for them.

So there is the possibility of responding to government requests or requesting more data from users such as KYC?
Not really. We do not keep data after 24 hours of an order that has completed. When you will place an order with us, you can verify it by yourself. After a certain time of completion of the order you will see the link of your order page will not show any data. We only ask the Letter of Guarantee when resolving a dispute.

Btw, I like the banner ad on the main page of the altcoinstalks website for GenesisMix because it is the first ad that appears when all altcoinstalks members log in.
This is our first step to dive into crypto community promotions. We are going to test many forms of marketing which are in our roadmap by the direction of our campaign manager.

Something unimaginable that we noticed, it turns out one manager is very upset about not accepting his proposals and now he is threatening us that we will not be able to have the top banner in April LAMO. There will always be a trouble maker, unfortunately. We appreciate all of your welcome messages for us publicly and in private message except this poor campaign manager is trying to impose his service by spreading negative sentiments about other managers. Really not a good business conducting style.

When determining the fee structure, you cannot follow exchanges or casino services because they have a completely different business model. Earning through transactions and withdrawal fees is not their profit-making model, while mixers do.
If it is possible to have a variable netowrk fee for each mixer, we already have functional services that work according to such a principle. I won't name them so as not to derail your ANN thread, but here's an example
This is not a direct criticism exclusively for Genesismix, but for all mixers with (at least for me) too high network fees.
Absolutely, exchanges or casino services and our type of services are completely different. Earning through transactions and withdrawal fees are not also our profit-making model too. We are absolutely sure that we were not able to describe the answer clearly to you. We want you to understand that a mixing order goes through several on chain transactions and each steps cost us good amount of network fees. No offense taken, we welcome constructive criticism, otherwise it become difficult to improve.

As far as I understand, it's Little Mouse.
I see that he has just posted a signed contract on the BTT forum. He should definitely do that here as well, as well as sign the address with the funds, possibly even one of the previously staked addresses, to avoid any doubts about the originality of the account owner.
It is AB de Royse777 and Little Mouse. We wanted a different trusted member to perform the disputes and resolutions while having the security asset in his possession. Soon we will have an experienced forum member to look after questions and answers for us in the community.

Are you guys working on that, cause I saw someone pointing on you taking about $20 for transaction fee. This could be a challenge to adoption and survival in the crypto space.
We already explained it in our posts Stuart. Ofc you missed it to read  ???
It is challenging and we are up for the upcoming challenges to make our service available for everyone in the community.

on my opinion, how about you guys do some discount in price as a form of welcome bonus to new users...? (Just a suggestion)

And also concerning the timeframe for each transaction, is it affected by the rate of fee???
Like if you pay higher, your mixed crypto asset will arrive your wallet faster?
0.7% fees with 0.0003 BTC network fee for a mixer order is already a discount price to be honest considering the current industry. Understand that as your Service provider, we need to survive first to give you good service. ;D

Concerning the time frame and fees, it has already been explained above, we appreciate your feedback.

Unfortunately we already linked it in our website and main post of this topic.
May we know the reason?
Any promotion of any mixer is not allowed on the Bitcointalk forum. Little Mouse made the topic about your escrow contract look like some kind of Genesismix promotion, so the thread was removed for that reason.

I don't know why you went to another forum, as far as I know Little Mouse is active here too. He could have set up an escrow agreement here, too. Of course, if there ever is any dispute, it will be resolved here, not on Bitcointalk.

Certain escrow norms should be met, it is not enough to just sign the address and possibly deposit funds. On the other hand, it is necessary to define eventual cases when assets may be liquidated, how arbitration will be conducted, etc.
Yes, our manager explained the reason already, thank you for explaining it once again for us. Now, we are working in setting up the dispute and resolution page in this community. Do you have suggestions about the escrow norms? We will appreciate some terms coming from our discussions and we can propose it to our managers.

We will answer the due questions after a few hours.

There are some updates we would like to post.
* We updated our first post with new design. please give us your thoughts.
* We are going to fund the escrow wallet given by Little Mouse soon and post an update about it.

There is a little problem we noticed, one of the member informed us that the escrow contract page has been deleted. This was the page https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5534050.0

Unfortunately we already linked it in our website and main post of this topic.
May we know the reason?

Kind regards,
Team GenesisMix.cx

Before answering the questions in possible orders that were asked, we would like to thank the community for your hospitable welcome. We feel positive. We are familiar with SMF settings so it is not hard to navigate and use SMF features properly. But ofc we are not fully knowledgeable yet with the community guideline and culture within the altcoinstalks community. However, we are learning fast to adopt with this generous community. Thank you again.

Huge thanks to respected forum member AB de Royse777 who is guiding us to set and execute promotion plans. Thanks to Bitcointalk forum member Little Mouse who agreed to secure the $20,000 for us as we wanted someone else to be the escrow in the crypto community. We would like to thank other members who were showing their interests to help us. Some of them were giving us free graphic designs. Although we rejected the freebies but we appreciate the kindness, generous approaches and everything that were offered.

@alltalk, the $20,000 is not going to associate with any promotions what so ever. The user Cantsay guessed it correct. It is a guarantee that we are interested to create and build the business, provide low fees, private, and secure bitcoin mixing service for high profile bitcoin users to help maintain the privacy.

Why Higher fee = Better Privacy? What would be different if I paid a higher fee since there is no mention of a different mixing algorithm.

According to the terms of service it says "Not a resident or living within the United States of America and its Jurisdiction" so how would you enforce that? The service claims that it does not request data from users.
It worth to inform that we do not use Cloudflare to prevent DDoS attack. We all know the friendly relation of Cloudflare with agencies. Instead of Cloudflare we use costly, premium quality, and highly secured DDoS attack prevention service. Our DDoS-Guard will prevent visitors who are living within the United States of America and its Jurisdiction.

What does this line "We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone" mean and how would it be enforced, bitcoin acquisition or what?
For any reason if we are not interested to provide service to a bitcoin user, we will not execute their order. We will freeze the coin and wait for the bitcoin user to contact us using our official support channels. After collecting necessary information we will send back their coins to a given address without sending it to our mixing pool.

The network fees are very high 0.0003 BTC is around $25 while most transactions require less than $10 to confirm.
UTXO consolidation sometimes cost higher so considering it, the 0.0003 BTC network fees for a mixing service that offers up to 4 destination addresses is not high to be honest. However, we agree that not all the time the network fees we spend is 0.0003 for UTXO consolidation. We figured the 0.0003 BTC network fee is a win-win deal for both us and our users. There are bitcoin mixers who are taking the network fees as much as 0.0007 BTC per transaction because they found this fee is a win-win deal for them and their users. At GenesisMix.cx we want all bitcoin users to protect their financial privacy.

(Although the question for all mixers that offer this is, why the fixed network fee?)
Thank you for your post and support. We do not know about other bitcoin mixers but our mixing mechanism works in several steps, all happens on chain. Each step requires to pay network fees. If we could execute our mixing mechanism just like a withdrawal request in a bitcoin service platform like exchange, and gambling sites then our tech team could write a simple script and calculate the network fees dynamically.

Regarding recognizing a reputable member, we would like to know your feedback of our choice.

btw. why the choice of .cx domain extension?
We did not want to do business with regular domain service like GoDaddy, Hostinger, Namecheap, and other know providers who are mainstream and popular. With due respects, we believe they are highly respectful to agencies but not to cryptocurrency communities interests. So, we wanted to go with a reputable and anonymous domain service provider who respects cryptocurrency and its community. We are also not a fan of .COM domain extension. According to our domain service provider .CX is a cryptocurrency friendly domain extension and from our study we found the same too. This was the reason, we wanted to brand our service using the .CX domain extension.

According to Registrar Data their registration data indicates a London address but this address does not contain a private company ---> https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/04985780/officers
We do not know what information you can see. Any information about the domain were set by our anonymous domain service provider, not by GenesisMix.cx management.

Anyway, you don't have telegram channel, dude?
We find SimpleX is more secure for anonymous peer-to-peer communication.

Regarding several reserved posts, we were suggested to do it so that we can separate different upcoming updates, keep all together and link all separately with our official website.

Thank you @kai for adding your thoughts.

Sorry for the long post, we hope it was useful to answer the questions that were asked. We appreciate your support and the friendly reception.

After sharing this response with our tech team, we may edit some technical information if requires.

Best Regards
GenesisMix.cx Team

After how many posts we need to make to be able to post image on this forum please?
Someone correct me if I'm wrong but I don't think there's a post requirement before you can post images on this forum unless you post the image link (there's a link limitation iirc). You can preview your post to see if your image loads properly or not. If you can't post them properly you can also link the image link if worst comes to worst. Judging from your account profile I don't think you need to be worried about this though.
Test image to see it is loading.
