Meme Coins / Re: Meme coins are the new Dot com Bubble?
« on: March 16, 2025, 09:25:05 PM »
You’re not entirely wrong, most meme coins are pure speculation, riding on hype until the next big trend takes over. But saying they’ll all hit zero ignores a key point: market sentiment matters as much as utility in crypto.
Dogecoin started as a joke, but it’s still here after a decade. Shiba Inu built an ecosystem around its token. Even if 99% of meme coins disappear, a few will stick around simply because community, branding, and speculation have value in crypto.
Will most of them crash? Absolutely. But saying all meme coins will hit zero assumes people will stop gambling, and let’s be real that’s never happening 😂

Nah, memecoins aren’t dead. Hype just moves around. They’ve always been driven by trends, community, and pure speculation. $Trump and $MELANIA might not be hitting, but give it time and another random coin will go viral soon enough.

Crypto currency Mining / Re: Is Cryptocurrency Mining Still Worth It?
« on: March 16, 2025, 09:18:41 PM »
Cryptocurrency mining is still viable, but it depends on several factors. High energy costs and expensive hardware make it challenging. Cloud mining can be an option, but scams are very common. Staking and other alternatives may offer better returns with less risk. Overall, mining is worth it if you have cheap electricity, efficient hardware, and a long term perspective

I would also consider solo mining

Basic Questions about Cryptos / Re: Altcoins Discussion
« on: March 16, 2025, 09:02:49 PM »
There are too many new altcoins, it is so hard to find a new altcoin that has a use case. There are so many scam coins and many waiting to rugpull you, take note that you can also do your research about an altcoin project only to be disappointed in the end. I think for people who like to invest in altcoin, they should stick to older coins that have been around for sometime.
I completely agree with you. The altcoin market is full of scams and projects with no real use case, making it hard to find something trustworthy. Sticking to older, established coins with a proven track record is often a safer strategy for long term investment
