From the past elections, I have seen awareness from the people that even when they accept that little token from politicians they are still concerned about voting for the most credible but then issue of credibility is always not objective because candidates will always have blind followers who are ready to die for their pay master.

However, politicians who win elections are those politicians who already holds power because they already control the apparatuses of the government and so they use this to their advantage to rig election and make sure they stay on top of the affairs of the leadership of the country and use this for their selfish interest.

This is a common trend and it is clear that despite the desire to vote with credibility, reality intervenes in politics. Since most candidates are in a position to have some or many aspects of governance, then election really does not represent the people’s will in most occasions. This means that one who has such power can mobilise available resources to clinch a victory while the support of the masses, even if they are loyal, can be bought through any means including fixing the poll regardless of the character of the individual lucky to secure the win. It is one of the issues that frequently appear in a number of political systems of different countries.

There is no doubt that the democratic system is carried out on inequality and the social injustice is permitted to prevail. That is why when a certain individual acquires power in fact and rationality along with the structure of a government, there is the possibility of manipulating or even arresting the tendency of people’s choice. It is generally observed that such individuals who ascend in polls not only carry visions but also resources and reach capable enough to manage opinion extensively. Such circumstances make the election results not always reflect the people’s aspirations as it demonstrates the outcomes of systematically developed tendencies. When this happens time and again, it is only but normal that some individuals will start questioning if their vote makes a difference at all in the society.

In stress the best solution is to divert ones mind, the stress mostly comes because we think a lot and when we somehow divert our mind then that stress won't be there. I used to take so much stress in past but now I don't really give much thought about the things that can create the stress. I know in some situations others can be the cause of stress and pressure on ones mind but when someone learns to control stress then it's possible to be stress free to some extent.

Indeed stress arises when a person concentrates much of his or her thinking on issues that touch on his or her life, aspects that one cannot control. There are all kind of ways that may be stress reducing, for instance by taking our minds off the cause of stress through engaging in chores like exercising or merely doing something that the stressed person enjoys to keep his or her mind off the stressing issue at hand. However, there are occasions when one has to look it in the face, not merely switch our awareness, but take measures or look for better possible ways to meet it. In this case, stress management is about controlling the manner in which one deals with the feelings elicited by the situation rather than eradicating the feeling. It is therefore possible to start cultivating a behaviour not to be carried forward by undue influences that prevail around us.
