Personally, i do not follow memecoins as i’m less interested due to its high volatility but today i keep coming across post about this token $HOUSE on my timeline. I knew it was trending because its price surged, this happens all the time. Whenever a coin starts performing well, it starts trending but what made me got interested was when a friend told me he made over 10x I couldn’t believe it.

Seriously, I’m really tempted to start trading memes at this point because they seem to be eating good, the only problem is to find the best coin early but my friend told me he came across it on a crypto online community, do you think I should give it a shot ?

Will this event negatively impact the uptrend and altseason in 2025?
The situation with Mantra is very unfortunate most especially for the investors who have poured in millions and hundreds and even thousands into this project hoping for some growth and profit, but I have to honestly say that this is not the first project to collapse in crypto (doesn't matter the narrative or trend it belongs to, and neither will it likely be the last), and crypto is still here and thriving today..

I don't see how the collapse of one project will general affect the trend and the anticipated altseason, I didn't even know much about Mantra until it's collapse.

So my final submission is that, crypto will move on, RWA will trend on, Altseason will come when it's time to come is due, nothing will stop it, and the Negative sentiment around all of this due to the collapse of mantra will only last but for a while and everyone will move on just like it's always been in the past.
Honestly, i think the failure of OM might affect other RWA tokens because the RWA narrative is still finding its ground, i know it’s a highly potential narrative but people may tend to lose trust in its credibility on the long run because it’s still practically new and most investors are still skeptical about it prior to the OM incident.

The collapse might not necessarily cause RWA to fail but i think it will still have some negative effects on the long run.

It's annoying when we talk about Bitcoin with friends because they usually assume we have a lot of cryptocurrency, which often isn't true. People tend to think you're rich and start asking you for things. Really frustrating.

It's funny how with Bitcoin and others crypto, people who know you have it will tell others (about your profits or losses) without your consent. As if BTC were just some poker chip or toy... Why do people behave this way?
I really get where you’re coming from. Whenever we mention Bitcoin or any crypto generally, people always assume we are the richest whereas we are just the space. This is why i keep my life private, because people tend to cross boundaries, you just realize one day that people are gossiping about one’s finances. Most people lack understanding about crypto, they think crypto is a get-rich quick space.

Basic Questions about Cryptos / Re: Missed One Airdrop, Never Again.
« on: April 29, 2025, 04:22:35 PM »
I missed out on a handful of those too back then because I was lazy to even open my wallet, Honestly Just turning up and contributing makes a significant difference in this place. Luck is real however like you stated it typically finds the ones who are genuinely engaged and paying attention. About those bot spin thingies I suppose they usually just automate the process like they connect your wallet and spin or roll automatically when an event crops up,  I Am also thinking to set up something like that merely to not miss unexpected free awards anymore

Exactly, engaged is the best word to describe airdrops today
Trends are always changing, and now what we can see is that projects want engaged people

Just look at the Kaito AI project, where many projects are rewarding users more for promoting their content and being engaged, than the users who test their networks
Crypto keeps evolving, like if you see the amount of energy people are investing on engaging with all these projects, it’s amazing. My timeline is literally full of these which is obviously what they want to achieve. Publicity. I just hope they reward users well, the word “yapping” is now so common.
