My dad when he was alive said every man would get responsibility when he grows up. He told us as kids and using our language. Now growing up and 30 odd years later, I gradually realized what he means by that. Quite interesting. Rest in peace daddy, your words were the embodiment of wisdom

Incentivised Posting / Shill / Re: Have you won anything online?
« on: July 28, 2024, 06:13:13 PM »
I don't think I have won anything online. Most of those online competitions are scams and would eventually cause one to enter some sensitive bank details which could be catastrophic. Unless you mean crypto competitions, yes I have won a few. Not much. I recently won a new Telegram bot price

I still think investing in presales is risky since the project can either fo up or down. The last presale I took part in was the Lisao presale on pancakeswap. It was a success even though I didn't buy much during that presale phase since I didn’t lock up much of the Cake on the IDO and I also did the IGO on VVS on Cronos, which was very profitable

Cryptocurrency discussions / Re: The impact of crypto on our lives
« on: July 27, 2024, 11:54:08 PM »
I think I have always been in the first group: the gung-ho group that jumped head-first into the cesspool called crypto. And I have been lucky to keep my head above the turbulent sea. It has not always been a blissful ride. Saw the ups and down.
I know some people that were in the second group and still remained there til now, 10 years later

Crypto is such a volatile sphere, but I'm not afraid to pour in a food chunk of my money in it. It is currently hot and boasts a 50% chunk of my worth. The problem is my country’s government. It currently restricts banks transacting with crypto platforms and I risk my traditional bank account being flagged and posted no-debit. If not, I would have poured in like 75% of my value into it

Id really GrayScale is investing in Artificial Intelligence then I'm game. They seem to have an idea what they are talking about investment wise. Look what they did to bitcoin.
Artificial intelligence has been on the front burner of technology for at least 3 years now. Reason why nVidia shares mooned so much that it became the most valuable stock, overtaking Microsoft and Apple in price

Cryptocurrency discussions / Re: Useful Telegram Bots for Altcoins
« on: July 24, 2024, 11:39:12 PM »
I don't usually trust all these bots being peddled up and down the whole cryptocurrency fora. Many are scammy and may be riddled with codes that steal personal information from the user. I tried to use one and found out the hard way the dangers of those bots.
Now in this particular case you have not dropped the link foe the bot so we can check it out

I think the confidence people have towards cryptocurrencies and digital assets is increasing. People are adding more funds towards investing. Not only is the confidence increase, the government in some countries have reduced tax rates and there is the urge to borrow to add to the investment pool..

Cryptocurrency discussions / Re: Cryptocurrency good or bad for loan?
« on: July 23, 2024, 11:58:44 PM »
Crypto is always a bad collateral for loans. It can go south any time of the day, or go great. However its volatility is something we know and I won't personally borrow against it because the value can tank and leave one stranded in the middle of the sea with no oars

Cryptocurrency discussions / Re: Do you still believe in old coins?
« on: July 23, 2024, 11:56:35 PM »
It is said in many circles, not just crypto circles, that the only permanent thing is change. But I know that the top coins or old coins in crypto like bitcoin, ethereum, binance coin etc would still almost be there in guarantee. You can buy them and store in a cold and offline wallet and expect them to be there and in profit in 10 years time
