 Ini nyata Om, kondisi pendidikan sekarang itu emang serumit itu.
Emang ada beberapa kebijakan yang pada realitanya justru membuat kondisi pendidikan kita sungguh terpuruk.
Misalnya gini:
- Kurikulum TK itu tidak memperbolehkan anak-anak belajar calistung, tetapi pas di SD, itu kurikulumnya sudah yang membuat materinya butuh pemahaman yang luar biasa, butuh sudah bisa langsung baca, nggak cuma ini Budi, ini Bapak Budi, tetapi udah langsung ke penalaran dengan jumlah beberapa kalimat. terlebih kalau sudah kelas 3 SD, itu beneran kayak sudah soal-soal SMP yang butuh penalaran dan bacaan panjang.
- di sisi lain, anak-anak belum siap, guru SD juga kerepotan karena mendidik dan mengajari anak sebanyak itu tidak semudah itu, ditambah beban administrasi yang banyak, akhirnya ya, hanya emmang anak-anak yang emang bisa mengikuti saja yang berkembang, sedangkan anak-anak yang sukanya masih bermain ya udah, kurang berkembang dna susah buat ngikutin materinya
- Sedangkan di sisi lain, para guru itu disibukkan dengan berbagai administrasi dan juga webinar-webinar untuk melengkapi administrasinya. Mungkin bagi beberapa guru itu mudah, tetapi ada banyak sekolahan yang dengan guru-guru tua, murid banyak, dan nggak sempat untuk mengerjakan administrasinya dengan optimal.
- sedangkan di sisi lain juga nih, anak-anak ketika mereka tidak bisa dan nilainya kecil-kecil, maka mereka tetap naik kelas, bisa atau nggak bisa calistung, jadi, para guru harus mendongkrak nilai mereka yang penting bisa naik kelas atau lulus, nggak ada sistem kayak dulu yang kalau nggak bisa ya nggak naik kelas, ini berpengaruh banget, karena mentalitas anak dan orang tua ya bakalan adem ayem, pasti naik kok, pasti lulus kok. gitu
- terlebih dengan kurikulum merdeka ini, anak-anak beneran merdeka, mereka tidak boleh ditekan, jadi ya, bebas bebas aja.

Oh iya, sebenarnya, kondisi anak-anak gak bisa calistung itu juga memang bisa jadi dari beberapa faktor ya, tidak hanya kondisi dan kemampuan anak-anak tersebut, kurikulum, atau gurunya, dan prosesnya, tetapi peran orang tua juga sangat penting, ketika orang tua acuh, maka sangat memungkinkan perkembangan anak-anak itu sangat lambat.

Aku punya cerita real yang aku alami pas lagi pada ngumpul POMG sekolah, jadi, memang ada beberapa orang tua yang bertanya kenapa anaknya kok gak naik-naik untuk bacaan Iqronya atau buku membacanya, cuma nambah beberapa halaman saja. dan mereka menyalahkan gurunya kenapa kok sampai gak naik-naik, nggak ada perkembangan.

nah, saat itu, sudah diberi penjelasan karena anak-anak tersebut memang ketika disuruh mengaji atau membaca di sekolahan itu malahan ada saja dramanya, cuma fokus main, lari-lari dan nangis-nangis, blas nggak mau, dan kalau sudah bad mood, langsung gak mau ngapa-ngapain, sedangkan guru juga harus fokus ke beberapa murid. Makanya guru tersebut juga meminta kerjasama dengan orang tua, untuk juga membantu anak-anak belajar di rumah,

tapi, jawaban ter gong beberapa orang tua tersebut adalah:
- wah nggak punya waktu e bu, makanya ta sekolahin biar pinter, soalnya kita orang tuanya udah kerja, jadi nggak sempet ngajarin anak-anak, kalau dah malam dah capek kalau mau ngajarin anak. nah ini yang sangat perlu diperhatikan ya, keacuhan orang tua terhadap perkembangan anak juga sangat berpengaruh.
- Saat ditanya apakah ikut TPA atau enggak, jawabannya dengan santainya nggak ikut, soalnya cuma rame aja, nggak bisa nungguin soalnya masih banyak kerjaan juga.
- Intinya beberapa orang tua itu hanya mau tahu karena sudah bayar ke sekolah (yang notabene cukup kecil nominalnya), maka semua hal diserahkan ke sekolah, bahkan mereka dengan sadar bilang kalau nggak pernah ngecek tas anak-anak mereka isinya apa aja dan bukunya kayak mana, makanya pas sekali cek kok cuma nggak ada perkembangan. 

aduh, pokoknya kalau berbicara soal pendidikan sekarang tuh gimana ya, greget aja..
