Football stars do have crypto companies sponsoring them. In the past years, sportsbet.io and crypto.com have been in the shirts they wear.  I just can't see fan tokens going to make a success in making people invest or use to bet on sports bookies.

Gambling discussion / Re: The UFC Discussion and Prediction Topic

(...) and while everyone is wondering when are we going to see Jon Jones back in octagon, he just earned two new charges for misdemeanor because of drug test.
Jones vs Miocic is planned for UFC 309 in New York during November.

Thanks for the update. I was worried it might be something big, that could get him suspended again, but according to the video he only got charged with "minor" misdemeanour, so probably that's nothing serious.
November seems pretty far away from now, but at least we have a date and some indication of when we can expect the fight to happen.
Meanwhile, we're less than 2 weeks away from Tom Aspinall defending his interim heavyweight belt, something that shouldn't really be happening but hey.

UFC isn't making Tommy vs Curtis 2 a grander event. I can understand Belal who is just a UD artist fighting also who is a UD artist.  But UFC making Bones vs Old Stipe the most-awaited fight?

It would have been a good offer if he didn't do it on social media. But he is really that rich?

Stable Coins Forum / Re: PYUSD by PayPal
« on: June 21, 2024, 04:29:15 PM »
The name is a bit unusual since people use "PP" rather than "PY" when they want to shortern "PayPal".

Sender, receiver and government regulators will be able to see this transactions, but for everyone else they will be not be visible.

This is something that is actually not making sense to me...if the government regulators can be able to see it why not make it available for all to see? What is the point of making it private but allowing the government to see...just so SEC will not give PayPal a lawsuit into the future? This is confirming to me that PYUSD is a very government-friendly stablecoin...who is more concerned with the government regulators first and foremost then the rest will just follow. At the time when there is a growing question on the viability of USDT, it is unfortunate - in my own assessment - that PYUSD is not actually its alternative as this can just be more of the same.

It's probably aimed to certain people who just don't want to be tracked by random people on internet.

They don't want random people tracking them but they want the government tracking them?

Gambling discussion / Re: The Madness of Gambling Addicts.

.
What I observed is that gamblers always get motivated by other people's wins and this is where they are getting it wrong because that winner luck is not the same as yours. New gamblers allow themselves to be decieved by influencers who make them believe that gambling is a means of making profit because they are promoting a casino. Most of these influencers get their money from ads and not from what they show the public. This is why we should not gamble because of profit but for entertainment.
Most of these influencers make gambling look too easy to win and make money from, and naive and ignorant people end up falling foe their traps, they end up thinking that these set of people actually get their money from gambling and not really knowing that they get their money from the traffic they generate online through posting those contents to lure people into their pages.
[/quote]

It's because the influencers can't influence people if they are making it look hard.

A man who also badly needs money happens to watch the video believes the influencer.

Gambling discussion / Re: Would you sell your Winning Strategy!
« on: June 16, 2024, 03:36:18 PM »

Working strategy is best kept so you can make more money through it.  I will not sell it if it's my strategy. However, is there really a winning strategy with 80% success rate?

General Discussion / Re: Do you think the earth is flat?
« on: May 15, 2024, 07:00:28 PM »
If the Earth is round, is anything actually flat? Is a plateau a real thing? You could literally question just about anything in existence and have a legitimate argument without ever being completely right or wrong.

Some people especially the conspiracy theorist like Alex jones believe so.  But if you ask about flat, just look at water. The principle is that water always find the shape of a flat either in a glass of water, lake or the sea. Water is always flat.  Just think about us in the middle of a flat water and the continents are floating.

And then ask how can god make us flood when the earth is round?

Bitcoin Forum / Re: is $60k the floor rate of bitcoin after halving?
« on: April 17, 2024, 06:02:01 PM »

Sh!t you predicted right. We're getting down there. if it bounces immediately after halving, I think we are still on the right path of this bull run which they are saying there will be a supercycle. I'm hopeful that we are going to be hitting more than $100k.

Good Lord! Lets just get over this dump.

Despite the technology we have we still have doubts about whether the earth is round?  Are we still the time Before Christ!  Goodness, I'm already here!

If there is a crypto marketplace owned by the government, the government will not let the public know they own the marketplace. We probably are using them already.

Know this, they are watching what you are doing, listening you

Basic Questions about Cryptos / Is BASE token a good token to buy?

Is BASE token a good token to buy?
Is all there is I need to ask. I wanted a good investment where I am early. Do you think it is still early to buy this token?

Magkakatotoo na talaga to?
Hayup sa restriction, Ang hirap pa naman sa atin dahil hihingan ng mga dokumento gaya ng proof of billing at employment record. Pano na kami na nag extra extra lang.

I thought it was just one exchange.  The TVL for each is low though. but I think it's enough for users to invest in these DEXes. they are rarely been talked about on mainstream news sites.
Kudos that they are still running up to these days
