When a question is interpreted in a very broad way, all what one has to do is put it in a slightly better way that is more defined and does not lead to many interpretations. Since then, such small things as that can help to make a conversation much more productive.

Well, I see the Polkadot Chart is currently in the accumulation zone. This means that the price of DOT has been moving sideways for a long time. Conditions like this are often exploited by traders to buy coins that have long been forgotten because they believe that these coins have the potential to rise significantly, so that when the price rises it will provide a lot instant profit.
