If you're referring to the video taken at the DOCOMO Open House, this video shows our partner's Early Works, which is the development company that is making the Proof of Rounds algorithm and is marketing it within the Japanese domestic market, displaying the speeds the technology is capable of for sending currency from one user to another. There is audio in the video which may help as well.

In most situations, the currency would have to wait to be sent because it requires workers to process the information and then append it to the blockchain, but with PoR this process is streamlined and makes transactions move at incredible speeds. 

We do not require any mining on the network, which makes the process of sending information or tokens or data much faster than other blockchain projects.

We had a vote and our community decided on the ticker, because what could be easier for our ticker than the name of our company?

BIG ANNOUNCEMENT! OUR EXCHANGE WILL NOW BECOME X-HIVE


We are happy to announce that Cryptech works, LTD. have acquired the operations of the BEXAM exchange and with this, the name will officially change to X-HIVE and be operated on x-hive.io.

The exchange will still be operated using the same amazing technology that powers the Bexam platform and allows for incredible speed and scalability, however it will now have a new look and location and be operated by Cryptech works, Ltd.

HELP US DECIDE OUR NEW TOKEN TICKER

We will be changing the token ticker of the BEXAM token from BXA to something new. 

The reason why this is happening is because we had originally intended to release the token last year, which at that time BEXAM was the only company using the BXA ticker.  However, since time has passed another big name company, which many of you may be aware of, has taken it upon themselves to use the ticker as their own. 

In order to avoid confusion we have graciously decided to allow them to use the ticker and we will be changing ours. 

We have opened up a poll on twitter where we are asking the community to help us decide what our token ticker will be.  Please come join us on twitter and make your voices heard!

The BEXAM Alpha Wallet has come to an end

We released our Alpha build wallet for testing a few weeks ago and during the process we were able to get quite a bit of feedback from the community.

We have sent the information back to our developers, which they will then take this info and make the changes to the wallet interface as well as the back-end operations of the system that were brought up.

We would like to thank all of those that participated in this phase of our testing.

KYC Update

We have updated our KYC process and we now allow National IDs in addition to Passports. We understand that not everyone has a passport so to make it easier individuals with Government issued National Identity Cards can now participate on the BEXAM platform. 

*The National Identity Cards that can be accepted for the KYC process have to provide the information in Roman/Latin letters.
eg. English/French/German/Indonesian/etc.

Our Bounty Program is still ongoing, so anyone that wanted to participate, but didn't have a passport can now have a chance to join!

OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT

Yesterday a FAKE ACCOUNT was created impersonating us on Twitter. This FAKE account was saying that they had started an airdrop and were selling BXA so they were requesting people's etherem wallet addresses.  We will ONLY make announcements through our official channels which are posted on this thread as well as linked on our official site BEXAM.IO

The FAKE ACCOUNT goes by the username @BEXAM_io .   

The OFFICIAL ACCOUNT username is @BEXAM_official .

We hope that everyone does their own research to verify accounts even when someone is saying its for an airdrop.  Stay vigilant as there are unfortunately scammers everywhere in this industry. 

I'll post a screenshot of the SCAMMERS for reference.

UPDATE: This twitter account has been suspended.  Please continue to make sure all accounts are the official accounts before you give out any information in the future, not just for our project, but this applies to all projects.

The Alpha Wallet is Live!

The Alpha Wallet is now downloadable on our website.  We created this wallet to test our network's speed and stability through sending/receiving dummy tokens and engaging in trades with one another.  As this is only the Alpha build, the final product will be changed quite a bit.  But in order to see what people want, we are hoping to get feedback from all of you.

ICO's are dead by now. The bear market of 2018 has burst the ICO bubble and now most ICO's cannot gather the necessary funds unless they are really good projects with a solid team. Even these projects are finding it difficult to gather money. The reason why BTC went down as much as it did this year is  because of the hard fork of BTC cash. But now that it has settled down and is stabilizing, the market is going green again. So no, ICOs are not killing Bitcoin because ICO's are practically dead at this point in time, unless your project is solid.

BTC will not be replaced at all IMO. It started the crypto hype and the market and is by FAR the biggest one out there. Everything in the crypto space looks up to bitcoin and is walking on its road that BTC laid out and traiblazed. The fundamental value of alt is the fact that bitcoin was the predecessor and is one of the things that gives an altcoin value. The reason why BTC gets all the hype it does is because the network structure is by far the longest running and also the most hacked, but it still prevails. This immutability is very attractive and as the originator of said immutability, BTC will become more powerful if anything.
