If we are talking about ICOs. I'd recommend you to take a look at DexAge. It's a decentralized p2p exchange. They are developing very fast, already have MVP, and good raised amount - around $4 000 000.

As i think most of them afraid KYC. Because some can't prove all his accounts, or prove he is more than 18. There are a lot of reasons. But I think it's a good sign for others one. And sure will get a good profit from them. Second one require KYC and DexAge didn't announce about it yet. But, in a rules written, that it's possible.

Sure it is. As I do. For example DexAge ICO. Firstly I take part in a bounty, learn about project, team, details and etc. After that, I'm sure, will I take part in ICO or not. And this knowledge gives me a security in my funds.
