i have spend time on these 2 forums, and i think there are many differences now between these 2.

ALTtalks is easier to rank up than BTCtalks, its so much better for newbies... so i think in the long run, ALTtalks can do better. its really not easy to get merits. + i have to pay to be a copper member in BTCtalks, what kind of rule is that? and copper member still have many restrictions too... i paid and still get restrictions?? its really not fair for us.


however, this does not mean i hate BTCtalk, i still love both forums

Copper Members are meant to have a certain benefits which doesn't mean you'll the benefits of a higher rank. Copper Member is absurdly cheap compare to a Full member rank so it's a fair trade. They have given you a statement from which you can choose to buy it or not based on the benefits they will give.

Though I really agree that the merit system in Bitcointalk is absurdly broken. They don't reward merit to constructive post no matter what you do. They only reward it to those who does guides and how to's which defeats the purpose of ranking up since in reality, newbies won't even bother making a guide as they are newbie themselves. Even Veterans won't since there's already a lot of guides out there. They are also meriting someone that they favor and tag users that they don't like.

Overall, Bitcointalk is controlled by some greedy men.

Bitcoin's price is limitless! As long as society continues to prosper. We might even see Bitcoin grow even if we are the type of civilization to venture into space (which is clearly in further years or decades). But take note, the only reason why Bitcoin is reaching this price level is because of the community. So it's really possible to get that $500,000 or more in the future.

Yes it is extremely risky because IT IS A SCAM!. I would like to remind everyone that HYIP sites or investment will pay you at the early stage but will end up being a scam in a few months.

Please remember that no matter how they fancily elaborate HYIP is, it is still a scam in the end. This "Strategy to win" thing is just a bunch of words put together to lure more into that scam.

This is how it actually works. People invite more people to pay the first people and they'll eventually run away with the rest of money.

If you guys don't believe me? then it's not my fault anymore.

The topic is interesting and it strikes me that others are saying it is hard but to be honest, it isn't as harsh as btt forum ranking, in fact, it is way easier and more engaging.

But I am confused in one thing. Let's just say I always online for about 2-3 hours a day in the forum. Does that count as 1 day already or just 2-3 hours total time to get that 7/30/60 days limit in a certain rank?

Because I am a member of btt and the only total time that I have is around 30 days or 1 month and I have been around for like 3 years now. If 2-3 hours is all that counts, that will get me at least 3 years more or less to get Jnr level which is a lot of time if you'd ask me.
