It is difficult to know which project is to scam. Projects can start off well but fails to meet the minimum fund requirement to start up. This most times have led to project closure which is not scam

Patience is relative in crypto instance. There are some moments one don't need to wait to trade tier token. Some tokens falls and never rise up. Just know when to deal and move on.

I believe this can not be exact exchange because of the volatility of crypto currency. Gold still remain gold as a physical entity. Crypto will need to develop more.

I think you are right with the list. Current, happening at the crypto space might bring a disruption in the list you have. Coins like chain link and polkadot are good competition

Coin listing is preferable. The team should endeavor to pay in the first good movement of the coin. It is always difficult when the coin goes down.
