Hi Everyone,

I have read through the recommendations and still have questions regarding exchanges since I am new at this.

I know you are aware that some exchanges have halted the trading of XRP and are searching for an exchange to buy it. 

The issue is two-fold, 1) my Connecticut location in the USA does not allow purchased on Binance, etc.
I looked into Bitbuy in Canada, and it has challenges as far as minimum transactions, currency exchanges, etc.,
and
2) the recent reviews (per Trustpilot website) regarding many of the Alt. Exchanges are not good looking at the lower tier reviews - % of poor reviews to good really poor..., i.e., withholding funds, not seeing money in the accounts, no customer service, etc.  I really could use some guidance.
