Complete beginner here.
I recently jumped from etoro to Kraken.
I am confused as to which market pairs i should be trading in.
 
As a UK resident, i will be funding with GBP into my spot wallet via a BACS bank transfer (since it's free to do so.)

My problem is i am used to looking at the markets in USD, the other exchange i use is in USD, and nearly all of the news sources i use are in USD.

As a UK trader, should i get used to working and looking at the markets in GBP? Or should i exchange the GBP in my wallet for USD, then trade in those markets? and if so, how would i do that and would i incur changes?

I have tried to reach out to Kraken, but as im terrible at explaining stuff they couldn't understand my problem fully. I have spent almost all week on this, without any joy.

I guess what im asking here is a step-by-step guide on how I should be trading on Kraken as UK resident.
