I did some freelancing, affiliate marketing, surveys, focus groups, sponsored ads (I had a small following), and pretty much everything I could to make cash when I was a student. I even did some work for Coinbuzz, AskGamblers, and a major hotel brand.
I enjoyed it, but it taught me that being consistent and working endlessly are just as important (if not more so) than talent. I made good money and actually make less now that I have a full-time job, but I also have a lot more free time and I'm not a slave to a dozen different clients, so it's all good!
There are lots of ways to earn as a student, but none are easy or quick.
